No-one to talk to on the telephone about a problem.

I took delivery of a mobility scooter on Thursday only to find that the battery doesn't chnothingarge. I've sent several messages and not heard back. Obviously I can't use it until it's charged !! Why does Welco not list a telephone number!
A replacement battery and I would keep the scooter - problem solved ! No I have to write to make a complaint!

Dangerous ai service

Scam company don’t use just check reviews don’t buy a electric wheelchair they take your money and sell you a very inferior one in stead of what you ordered after paying for 24 hour delivery and almost a month to deliver that is how they operate this scam . just see reviews and you will see they do this on a regular basis they then ignore the consumer laws and will not except returns
Even in the 14 day cooling off DONT GET SCAMMED
Just don’t deal with they .. Will do update when issue is resolved by fraud department

Beware! Scammers!

I urge anyone with bad experience from Welzo to check their reviews here on trustpilot and elsewhere, they are going to great lengths to take down genuine reviews that express dissatisfaction.

Please watch out and keep an eye on your review!

I had my genuine review taken down by trustpilot despite providing all evidence that was a genuine client with a genuine order number.

They never listed single negative review on their website, this company is not to be trusted and I strongly urge people who have been scammed to report them to the relevant authorities.

You can report them to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for misleading or manipulated reviews, to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice for enforcement of unfair trading practices, to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
