We ordered a bed for our nearly 3 year old daughter but they sent the wrong headboard. I contacted them and they sent out a new matching headboard which has now been fitted. The bed is well made and our little ‘princess’ loves it (which is a win in itself!) Would definitely use them again!

Ordered new bed for our eldest daughter as we had moved into our forever home. Brilliant service and great communication throughout the process. Even with the courier who delivered and built the bed on arrival he checked in constantly when he was on the way to our address

After I had placed my order, I stumbled across a few reviews that had 2 or 1 stars with negative comments about the service customers and the delivery etc. obviously when reading these comments i began to wonder where i had purchased my bed from but honestly these comments do not mirror the experience i have received.

I ordered my bed, contacted the company on instagram to understand an estimated date of delivery, they responded quickly and provided an approximate date for delivery. My bed was due to be delivered on Sunday between 12&4, come 4:30 the bed hadn’t been delivered so i made contact on whats app to see when delivery was, even though they were closed we make beds still looked into my order and it was delivered at 5:20 by a third party. The following day We Make Beds made contact with me to ensure the bed had been delivered.

I cannot fault We Make Beds for their customer service and care for their customers.

The quality of the bed is amazing and was packaged to prevent any damages.

Seen a few bad reviews on here about "we make beds" was a bit wiery about buying one but went ahead anyway. Don't know how anyone can say anything negative my experience was great start to finish. Only had one slight hickup, courier missed one of my parcels when collecting the bed for delivery. I contacted them immediately and got a reply very quickly. It was delivered the following day on a Saturday may I add. Would recommend to anyone.

The bed arrived as when stated, unfortunately not by email, I did have to reach out to get a timescale.

However it came and it looks amazing so cant fault and will be ordering again

Very helpful i needed to make multiple changes and their were extremely accommodating and understanding brilliant company would definitely order from again !

Can highly recommend this company. Good communication and amazing customer service. First off the bed is gorgeous. Second, and just as important, is that one of the packages had been left on the delivery van.. the guy was excellent on the other end of the line.. not only did he get the van to come back, but he also walked me through how to put it together, which made it so easy. He also told me to call him back if I got stuck. Top stuff. Price was good, and as said customer service even better.
Great selection of beds makes these guys my go to once the other beds need replacing. 10/10 from me

It took me a lot of research then I chose wemakebeds.The swatch sample came on time.The bed was delivered few days later. perfect service with updated information. I'm so pleased with the bed.Looks fabulous.Lovely material and lovely colour. Great customer service also. 100% recommend this company. The ottoman Storage box also was perfect. One happy customer thank you

I really like the bed, it’s as I expected however the delivery service was horrible. The courrier company didn’t let me know in advance about the delivery and called me 11:00 PM saying they will deliver the bed at 11:30 PM! They were super rude as well saying that if I don’t accept the bed, they will not deliver it again. The next delivery was with a notice however again there was another attempt to deliver the bed at 2 AM! I would recommend WeMakeBeds to use services of better transport companies when shipping to Ireland. 3 stars only for the delivery, I’m happy with the bed but it was a hassle to get it.

Ordered a small double bed frame ,Delivery on time. Quality is amazing parts complete Extra nots i case you loose some, I didn’t even need a manual to assemble, Had a hiccup trying to fix the handle the customer service gave me a call and walked me through the process. definitely worth the price. Will bed ordering a single bed frame soon. I so satisfied. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The delivery was so fast . Received the bed in 4 days time. Just a small issue the mattress came in a bit big which they will solve . Responses were quick. Happy with there work and bed looks great. 😊

I had a great experience with We Make Beds. Initially, I was a bit skeptical as I didn’t receive my proof of purchase email right away. However, as soon as I reached out to them via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and sent it over without any hassle.

They also contacted me directly to arrange a convenient delivery time, which I really appreciated. The delivery team arrived right on time, were very friendly and polite, and assembled the bed efficiently.

Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the customer service. I would definitely recommend We Make Beds to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable buying experience!

Bed is fantastic and exactly what we wanted. We needed delivery within 4 working days due to a holiday and the company sent delivery drivers out who fitted it within our timeframes to ensure we had it before going away.

first off, i despise low beds and high headboards, always have! i was able to comoletely modify my dream bed, tall, low headboard, great choice of mattresses and i genuinely believe you get what you pay for so i ordered the best one they had! i have to say this is by far the best bed i have ever had! heavy duty, im a big girl and could confidently jump on the bed. pay the extra for them putting the bed up because they were here for about 10 mins and it was all done, they also took all the packaging away with them! 10/10 recommend these guys!

We ordered a lovely marshmallow bed for our son and it is beautiful. He’s extremely happy and we might well order another.

Excellent customer service from start to finish and we are very happy with the quality of our new bed. Before ordering we messaged a few times to explore options and our bed was built to our specification, including a higher base & higher footboard. The delivery drivers kept us informed the day before what time theyd arrive & they came the next day on schedule. I will be buying from this company again.
