Both my husband and I used Makewell Clinic for the first time and had an excellent experience. Lynne, the Receptionist was very helpful and quick on the phone a few days before to make the appointments - it was so easy and simple. Travel Nurse Caroline, was very thorough and detailed to check we have had the right vaccines for our trip. Very professional and informative throughout the session. Highly recommend the team at Makewell and will certainly use them again for our travel requirements. Thank you.

Such a positive experience. As an adult, I was very unsure about whether I was even doing the right thing, even though I knew things hadn’t been right since school. I’d urge anyone who has doubts to go ahead and make an appointment.

Makewell really helped to put my mind at ease. The assessment was thorough and the clinic staff explained each step to me. Everyone was incredibly helpful.

There were a number of forms for me and my family to fill in and then I had an online interview before attending clinic in person for the QB test.

I then met with Sam a few weeks later to talk through my results and got my first prescription. Since then, I have been able to really focus and concentrate. It has literally been life-changing.

I brought my extreamly needle phobic daughter today for some travel vaccinations. I cannot recommend Makewell enough! The booking process was simple and easy with Lynne on reception who was lovely. Caroline, our nurse, was thorough, kind, patient and funny throughout the appointment to distract and reassure a very nervous 17 year old. The end result was vaccinations completed with no fainting and no tears at all, this is completely unheard of for my daughter!

Amazing,very professional, caring and most importantly they listened. Not very many people with SEN children would listen to my concerns without making their own assumptions but makewell went above and beyond and after so many years of fighting a system to help my son makewell have given me answers and now hopefully it's up from here to get him the right support and help. I would give them more than 5* and money well spent.

For a company that we trusted to undertake an honest assessment of a child they severely let us down. The report for diagnosis did not follow NICE guidelines in terms of gathering information. The report had lies as to how they had sourced information and when questioned was then blamed on a postal strike! We have shared our experience with the CQC and NICE and I hope they make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We received a full refund.

I am so thankful to makewell, they were incredibly helpful and so kind,from the first phone call with Tom to mine and my husbands appointment with Dr graham williams he made us feel at ease and the appointment was very relaxed and insightful. Cheyenne and lynsey made my 5 year old daughter feel very relaxed so much that she has asked to go back.Unfortunately I can't rate higher than 5 *s. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

The company cares about money over anything. For a mental health company it really doesn’t deal with customers the right way. And I say customers rather than patients because that’s what they are to makewell.

All the staff were lovely and friendly, I received great advice and plenty of extra guidance for travelling. I highly recommend!

Just visited the clinic today to get travel vaccination done. Received excellent service, welcoming friendly and attentive personnel, giving you all necessary details and advice with great care (thank you Caroline). Easy and quick appointments. All the necessary paperwork provided.
Good location, nice parking, modern interiors.
The jab is made painlessly, with disinfection prior and plaster applied afterwards (attention to all the details to make you feel comfortable and take care of you).

Professional and painless! I’ll be back

I was recommended to speak to Makewell by my GP, for vaccinations that are not available through the NHS. It was a simple painless experience, the booking was convenient, they were ready for me when I arrived, the nurse (Michelle) explained the potential side effects, of which there are none with me.
Lovely location and great service

We recently had a chicken pox scare that made us realise that we haven't had chicken pox as a child (I'm now in my early 30s), so we quickly looked up who in Milton Keynes can give us the jabs.
Tom helped us to ease our concerns over the phone and quickly booked us in for the next day.
On the day of the appointment, we filled in our basic health records and chatted with Michelle our nurse. Again the experience was very smooth and simple. Michelle explained to us the precautionary warnings about the jab and the possible side effects.
We had never been to the clinic before and we had seen the Well Woman blood test as well as the ear health service at reception. Since we were there, we decided to take advantage and ask Michelle for her advice. We decided to do both.
Again Michelle took the time to explain the two services. The Well Woman blood test result came back quickly and the note that was provided came back with detailed results which I've asked my doctor to follow up on. The ear health check also proved that my mum's ears are already clean and she should avoid using cotton buds!
The clinic is located in a peaceful part of town and we look forward to using them again.

Amazing service. We are off to Peru and there’s a shortage of rabies vaccines in the U.K. someone told me that Makewell had them in stock. I called and spoke to the very helpful and lovely Caroline who booked us in, even flexing her hours to accommodate us. My son is frightened of injections and again, they were brilliant, putting him at ease and making sure he was ok.
Definitely recommend, people who are kind and passionate about what they do. Thank you!
