I just made my fourth profit request.

I just made my fourth profit request.

After trading for the last week, I have qualified for my fourth profit request. This was not my best week, I can tell you that. With problems on the server, yesterday, Gold did not allow me to trade it till after 30 mins have past from market open even though all other assets were operating fine. Coincidence? I don't know. But to give them credit, after I had contacted the WeMasterTrade team, they fixed it and I was able to continue with no problem.

Now I have made my fourth profit request.

This is my first time using WeMasterTrade. Previously, my trading style did not include StopLoss and TakeProfit. Now I have become more disciplined and always consistently use StopLoss and TakeProfit. Finally, I was able to make my first payout. The admins are also very active in helping if there are any problems or questions. Very good.

I’ve had a great experience with…

I’ve had a great experience with WeMasterTrade since joining this prop firm about two months ago.
The rules are clear, the platform is stable, and the trading conditions are very good.
Spreads are very small, which makes trading more efficient and cost-effective.

One of the Best Prop Firm Company

The best instan account

During my attempts at trading with instant accounts at various prop firms, I have concluded that Wemastertrade remains the best in terms of trading rules. Withdrawal denied using vague “Trading Interval Restriction” without proof of risk transfer

I am sharing my experience for transparency with other traders.
My withdrawal (Transaction ID: W000129432) was denied by WeMasterTrade citing Section 10.3 “Trading Interval Restriction” and alleging “intentional transfer of risk” between two MT5 accounts.
The facts:
Trades were executed on separate accounts
There was a clear time gap between trades
No overlapping positions
No hedging, mirroring, or offsetting exposure
Each trade carried independent market risk
Despite requesting clarification, the decision relied solely on trade timing, without demonstrating how risk was transferred, reduced, or bypassed.
Notably, the firm chose to reset one account instead of terminating it, yet still denied an already-earned withdrawal, which raises concerns about proportionality and fairness.
I provided screenshots and written clarification as requested, but the response remained “final decision” without addressing the technical points raised.
I encourage traders to read the Trading Interval rules very carefully and be aware that sequential trades alone may be interpreted subjectively, even without overlapping exposure.
This review is posted purely for transparency and trader awareness.

I would like to raise a formal concern regarding the nature and application of the rule used to justify this decision.

The issue here is not whether rules exist, but that the rule applied in this case is ambiguous and highly dependent on interpretation, rather than being defined by clear, objective, and measurable criteria.

A rule that relies on subjective interpretation after the fact, without explicit and unambiguous parameters, creates uncertainty for traders and allows outcomes to vary depending on discretionary judgment. This makes it difficult for traders to consistently comply, as the interpretation may change from one review to another.

For trading rules to be fair and enforceable, they must be:

- Clearly defined in advance
- Objectively measurable
- Applied consistently, without retrospective interpretation

When a rule can be interpreted differently today versus tomorrow, or applied differently across cases, it undermines transparency and predictability for traders acting in good faith.

I am raising this point to highlight that the decision appears to rely on interpretation rather than a clearly breached, objectively defined rule, which creates reasonable concern regarding fairness and consistency.

After a thorough review of your full trading history, our Risk Team identified activity on MT5 IDs 1087429 and 1067411 that breached Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction. In particular, on 2026-01-06, a position on MT5 ID 1067411 (XAUUSD_) was closed at 09:08:41, followed by a trade opened on MT5 ID 1087429 at 09:51:34. Under our risk framework, this sequential trading across accounts was assessed as an intentional transfer of risk, even without overlapping positions or direct hedging.

As a result, withdrawal request W000129432 could not be approved, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

That said, we acknowledge these actions may not have been intentional. Considering this and your client history, we chose not to terminate the accounts. Instead, MT5 ID 1087429 has been reset and MT5 ID 1067411 reactivated, giving you a final opportunity to continue trading in compliance with our rules.

We encourage all traders to review the Trading Interval rules carefully, as similar activity in the future may lead to permanent termination. Once the reset is complete, you may resume trading, and our team remains available for general compliance-related questions.

Arbitrary rule enforcement - payout refused despite no risk transfer possible

I am writing this review to document a factual and verifiable issue regarding rule enforcement at WeMasterTrade.
The firm refused my payout based on a so‑called “risk cycling / transfer of risk” rule. According to their explanation, opening a trade on Account B within one hour after Account A was terminated constitutes a violation — even if Account A was already closed.
Here are the facts:
• Account A was terminated due to a daily loss breach
• Once terminated, Account A had no capital, no exposure, and no ability to generate or transfer risk
• A closed account cannot technically or financially transfer risk to another account.
This is the second time this rule 10.3 has been applied arbitrarily against me:
The first time, I achieved all their objectives and received my payout request but they initially refused because I opened the second account 8 seconds too early (less than one hour)
This second instance is also a payout that I earned, yet it was refused under the same poorly justified rule
The stated purpose of such rules is to prevent risk cycling between simultaneously active accounts. In both situations, no risk transfer was possible, as the first account was already closed.
I requested a written explanation of how risk cycling could occur from a terminated account and where this interpretation is explicitly stated in the contract. The company did not provide any technical explanation and simply replied that the decision was “final” after internal review.
This appears to be a mechanical and arbitrary application of a rule, disconnected from its stated risk‑management purpose, and not clearly defined in the e-contract you sign before starting trading.
All communications, timelines, and contractual references are documented and can be provided for verification.
I am sharing this review so other traders are aware of how rules may be interpreted after the fact.

The Trading Interval Restriction (Section 10.3) is a fundamental risk-management rule clearly stated in WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions, which all traders agree to prior to trading.

After review, we confirm that on 24/12/2025, your accounts MT5 IDs: 1077770 and 1077766 were found to be in violation of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction. At that time, we provided you with a detailed written explanation via email and offered you the opportunity to reset your accounts, allowing you to continue trading with full compliance. This was communicated as a final opportunity.

We also explicitly informed you that any future violations of the same rule could result in permanent termination without further notice.

Unfortunately, despite this prior notice, the same violation occurred again.
Specific instance:
On December 29, after closing 11 positions on MT5 ID: 1077770 for XAUUSD_ at 17:22:08, a trade was placed on another account (MT5 ID: 1077766) at 17:22:53, which is within the restricted interval defined by Section 10.3.

As per our policies, breaches of the Trading Rules—regardless of intent—result in enforcement actions to ensure fair and consistent risk management across all traders.

Conclusion & Resolution
Due to the repeated violation of Section 10.3, the withdrawal request W000007453 cannot be approved. Following a final internal review and in accordance with our procedures, MT5 ID: 1077766 has been terminated.

We understand this outcome may be disappointing; however, our responsibility is to apply our Terms and Conditions consistently and without exception to maintain a fair trading environment for all participants.

Detail Explainatin

I am not agreeing with the justification provided by the risk team and here is detail explanation given below.
Section 10.
“If a position on a specific symbol is open and currently at a loss, the customer is prohibited from opening a new position on the same symbol in any of their other accounts, regardless of the timing.
If the losing position has been closed, the customer must wait at least one hour from the time the losing trade was closed before initiating a new trade on the same symbol in any other account they own.”
This section could not apply on terminated account, when account terminated so it is not remains the account of the trader. Secondly in this section mentioned the same symbol and also in your reply you mentioned the pair BTCUSD but in my MT5 ID 1057589 my lost trade was XAUUSD but in my new purchased MT5 ID 1063225 I open a trade with BTCUSD so there is the difference between the symbol.
The other and most important reason is that when I violated the rules why not my account suspended/terminated or notified via email/ notification at that time that I would not receive the payout. After wasting my one time and at the time of payout it declined.
Despite all the above facts declining the payout would lead toward the legitimization, scamming and harmful to the reputation of the firm. Therefore, once again I requesting your firm to please release my hard earned Payout.

Regarding your statement that the trades involved different symbols, we would like to clearly confirm that a BTCUSD trade was executed, and visual evidence (including screenshots and trading history) has already been shared with you via email. As such, this point is no longer open to interpretation or dispute.

We would also like to reiterate an important provision under Section 10 of our rules, which states:
“If a position on a specific symbol is open and currently at a loss, the customer is prohibited from opening a new position on the same symbol in any of their other accounts… in any other account they own.”

Please note the following clarifications:
Traders are fully permitted to own multiple accounts.
However, this rule applies to all accounts owned by the trader, regardless of account status, including active, terminated, suspended, or non-trading accounts.
An account being terminated does not remove it from the trader’s ownership, nor does it exempt the trader from cross-account trading restrictions.

Regarding notifications or immediate account suspension, we would like to clarify that:
Inter-account trading violations are reviewed manually, not through any automated system.
The Risk Team conducts this review after a payout (PO) request is submitted, by manually examining all related accounts owned by the trader.
As a result, such violations may only be identified during the payout review process, not necessarily at the time the trade is placed, and therefore no automatic email or real-time notification is generated at that stage.

Based on these findings, the payout decision was made strictly in accordance with documented trading activity and established rules, and was neither retroactive nor arbitrary.
