I got a used item.I couldnt return the item. They blamedme for the item then blammed the UPS driver.terrible customer service.i will never buy from this company. I don't recommend this company if that's how they treat there customers

Spring tension not great

I followed the directions perfectly and after about 1 week the top corners started to sag/wrinkle there was 2 different tensions on the springs, I would suggest just setting them to the max tension when you build the screen the first time so you don't have to take it down and do it a week later like me.

12" ALR UST screen - Great product & good support

I had to contact the customer support for swapping the order with another product due a mistake from my side and the response was very prompt and actions were taken appropriately and shipped. The product (120" ALR UST screen) is a working well and the picture quality on it looks amazing.

Great product, easy assembly

Item arrived fast and was received in perfect condition. Assembly and mounting of the LR screen was pretty easy (as far as such things go) and the quality of the screen is outstanding. The price was great, too!

What an excellent product

What an excellent product! Image clarity is SOOOO much better with this screen than the one it replaced. Using the screen in conjunction with an Epson LS800 ultra short throw projector.
Five stars for a great product, shipped quickly and delivered without damage.

Listen to your customers

I waited 2 weeks for a screen to arrive, because Wemax decided they knew more than I did. If a customer wants to pay extra to get better shipping, there's probably a reason.

Just “meh” for the price.

The unit came scratched on the side. There was also a noticeable scuff on the screen (though it’s not visible in daily operation), and when rising out of its housing it isn’t a smooth operation. There also is no way to secure the feet on the bottom of the unit. I reached out to their customer support team and they asked for a bunch of pictures which I sent, then implied they couldn’t see the screen scuff, and asked for MORE pictures because they don’t know what their own products look like. For the price, terrible customer experience and an okay product.

It took a month to get a remote

It took a month to get a remote . It was to replace the one my husband dropped in his drink . Thankfully we let it try out and it started working the next day. I completely forgot I had ordered the replacement it took so long. Definitely not worth buying directly from here.

I've ordered a 150" floor rising…

I've ordered a 150" floor rising motorized projector screen. This was on October 30th, 2023 last week. I tried to contact them at the +1 888 customer service number but no one answers at anytime. Reassuring Customer Service

I made a huge order from Wemax (over $15K) At first I was reluctant about doing what I consider "a big financial transaction" with a company overseas but the customer service lady Irene was very reassuring.

I placed my order on 10/12/23 and by 10/17/23, 11 out of the 12 items I ordered actually arrived before I expected them to.

When the 12th item was late due to the used of a different courier WEMAX Customer Service Reps helped me track down the delivery and returned my phone calls to update me as to where my item was.
