I made an order on 4 August 2017 at wemovecoins.com by buying bitcoins of around 718 Euros using my Master Card.
then the website requested from to verify my Master Card, but instead I decided to cancel the order.
So I received an email that confirms the cancelation as follows:

Your order #408649 has been cancelled, and we have released the payment on your credit card. The payment should be back at your diposal, within a few days.

Now it is been 4 days and still I didn't receive my refund.
Please refund my money ASAP.

Update: Money was received after 4 days and some few emails, and the site is fully trusted

it's easy until something happens. No support and no response.

First transaction went fine without asking for any verification.

Second transaction got stuck and it's now day 3 and still stuck. I got two separate guys writing to me as if they haven't spoken to each other. They have no app on the phone and the Visa Verified window cannot be filled on the phone because of the UI. So I have to drive home and sit in front a PC to upload a file. And I have to do this by placing a new order (and filling up an additional amount).
The simplicity of their website comes at a cost. It is not flexible. So to upload supporting document, you have to submit a new order. Given that there is minimal support, I will have to look out for whether they debit by credit card or not. And if they have, I go on another round of circus trying to get that money back. So save your time! Use another company with an app and some support. A company with a 3 button website and part time employees is not a fintech company.

A month ago, I bought 1000 euro btc. Purchase failed because it was canceled from the site. Since then, for a month now, I have not received any refund of my money! I start thinking that it is a scam : Attention, stay at large!

I fell in love with Wemovecoins

I placed an order over 11 days ago which was cancelled the next day. After having spoke with support they said the money would be released and refunded to me within a few working days... However here I am still waiting for it. This was a £94 order of bitcoin and it seems as if they have scammed me as they are now ignoring my emails. This site is good until they decide to cancel an order and not refund your money. Starting to believe i'm never getting that money back and would not recommend for anyone looking for a reliable service
