I would have given this less than one star if I could.

Do NOT buy from here. I bought a faux leather jacket. They took money but never sent me a confirmation of the order. I emailed after 3 weeks asking where my order was. No response.

Eventually, 6 weeks after money taken, a completely different jacket turned up which as vaguely the same colour. I emailed them again and they didn't respond.

Funnily enough, I asked the credit card to initiate a dispute and only then did my emails get a response. Ultimately, I could keep the item for a discount (looks cheap, doesn't fit and is terrible quality - why would I?) Or I could return to China, with shipping at my cost, for a full refund.

Credit Card company were brilliant and have refunded. I'm left with the duff jacket to get rid of.

Again, do not buy from here.

This company does not deserve a single star. Item not as described. Poor quality and not made of material they advertised. They offered 10% refund. We went back and forth, I quoted Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Act, finally got offer of refund up to 50%.
Still not good enough. So went to my bank who opened a dispute directly with their bank. Got a full refund! Paid by debit card. Jumper went straight to charity shop. Wouldn’t be seen dead in it

Take note of the reviews as the service is exactly as experienced by so many. Got my money back by way of a full refund eventually but should have read the reviews first.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I ordered three men’s shirts, which arrived in very poor quality and did not match the description on the website. I contacted customer service and requested a full refund.
Instead of processing a proper return, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds (10%, then 20%, 30%, and finally 40%) and tried to pressure me into keeping the items. They also refused to provide a prepaid return label and required me to return the items internationally to China at my own cost and risk before any refund would be considered.

After saving all correspondence, I raised a chargeback with my bank. The bank reviewed the case and issued a temporary credit in my favour.
My advice to other customers:
Do not accept partial “goodwill” refunds if the item is faulty or not as described
Save all email correspondence as evidence
If the seller refuses a fair refund, contact your bank — do not panic

Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping with this company.

The top in the picture did not look anything like the one I received in the post, it was absolutely awful, the material was a very thick and shiney and a tye-dye pattern. The top I ordered looked like it was in crushed velvet with little embelleshments on it. After reading these reviews I think I was lucky to get 20% back, but that was still £25 down the drain. Very disappointed. I will NEVER use this company again and wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the product.

The item is very poor quality. The company won't send me a return form or return adress and I only have 30 days from date of delivery to get a refund.

They keep responding with silly discounts for keeping the very disappointing item

Be aware!!! Do not buy from this company! They also pose as United Warehouse Holding.
Very poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Cheap clothes cheap service. I ordered a 2 piece in white costing £59 (Wen) & also from Warehouse Holding £72 the items exactly the same , small & see through cheap material.
They said they had never had a report of poor quality before! Offered 10% refund & then 20, 30 & 40 % claiming I could keep the outfits as a gift. !
They said I could return, but they couldn't guarantee they would receive it back due to un trustworthy Courier's, basically scaremongering me into keeping.
They then backtracked when I highlighted this to them & they just responded with.. bullet point options!
Basically put up or shut up attitude.
I've never experienced such bad attitude in customer service ever.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars I would!

AVOID! if i could give less stars I would. This company is an absolute scam. Bought a jacket advertised as leather. It finally arrived from China despite the company advertised as a European business. The jacket was cheap pvc. I requested to return and get a full refund. This was refused by Wen Boutique which instead offered me 10% of the cost and to keep jacket I dont want. After a lot of toing and froing, i finally got them up to sending me 50% of the cost. So now i am left £28 out of pocket and with a jacket I can't even give away, it really is that bad. Absolutely avoid this company

Total rip off the coat I paid £49.99 for is worth about £5 I’d feel ashamed even giving it to a charity shop and to return the coat will cost me £25 so I’ve lost half the money but I can keep the coat and they will give me a refund of 30% - total rip off again

Stay clear the worst experience ever.
Molly the customer service operator admitted they made a mistake but still refused to refund me. Once I pressed on with trading standards she stopped communicating straight away.

Should have read the reviews more thoroughly. Absolute con artists a £35 shirt labelled 30% cotton clearly a lie it’s tissue thin polyester single stitched absolute rubbish. Don’t go anywhere near them. Item binned as no point trying to get redress from China.

I had a brilliant experience with this company. After experiencing poor quality products which did not match the pictures from other websites which shipped from China, I sought reassurances that I could trust that I would receive what I ordered, Molly from customer services could not have done more to help. I went ahead and ordered the Patrick jacket in 3 colours because they were unique and they arrived within 2 weeks. More importantly, they were exactly as advertised, great quality and I am very happy with my purchases and the service provided.

Blouse arrived and was NOTHING like the picture on website. Cheap material, badly made, very poor quality.
Asked for a returns label, fobbed off with long messages offering 20% refund, then 40%! Refund policy not adhered to.!
Total scam! Don’t order from this company.

Do not buy anything from this company. The clothes are nothing like the website, they are cheap crap and weird sizes. You can’t return goods. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute scammers - they deliver cheap cr*p shipped direct from China that bears no resemblance to what you ordered, then when you complain and ask for a refund they fob you off with offers of store credit or partial refunds.

If you keep pushing they tell you to return the items to China at your own cost but don't supply a returns form as per their returns policy and insist that the item will most likely go missing so you should accept their partial refund for your own good.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering anything from them.

Do not order from this company. The quality of clothes is poor and despite their website providing details of how to return items for a refund, they would not give me a full refund. Instead they kept coming back to me with counter offers of a 10% refund and 'keep the item'. Then 30% then 50%. Absolutely not a legitimate business.

Ordered a leather jacket and received something completely different to the photograph and very plastic cheap-looking. When I asked to return it within the legal 14-day period, Wen Boutique refused and kept offering small partial refunds 10% then went upto 50% refund, instead of honouring a proper full return. They also tried to make me pay international return to China costs for their own mistake.

I had to go through my bank for a chargeback because they wouldn’t follow basic UK consumer laws.

Wish I had read the reviews- avoid this company - scammers

Ordered a leather jacket their description say real leather only to have cheap plastic PU jacket delivered. Contacted the company to rectify and they send the very same thing. Now i have 2 ugly cheap jackets that i do not want and they wont refund.

Don't buy from this company they are frauds.
