Received an item that did not look like the online listing. I emailed their team to initiate a return, received a return label on Mar 5, and the delivery team confirmed that the return was delivered on Mar 12. It’s been 4 weeks and I have not heard anything from the team nor have I received any refund.

BUYER BEWARE. No shipping update after 10 days despite the website claiming 7-day delivery, which is clearly false. Zero response to multiple emails, phone calls, and social DMs. Trust all the 1 star reviews: comes across as a scam operation, will not respond to you.

I thought that this company was legit as I found their items on a website with good reviews. I am guessing that the good reviews are bots as you can see here that almost half of the reviews are one star. My experience was that they do not care until you challenge them. In my case, after 9 days of no response asking for shipping information it took me challenging the charge with my credit card company to get their attention. The sale was disputed on my card; they were aware and then finally responded with a shipping number. In addition, they tried to get me to lift the chargeback. The tracking number showed the item sitting in California for a couple of days and I did not lift the charge. They still shipped the item and then they tried to get the chargeback lifted (via the credit card company). It's been a lot of work to keep challenging this - but I refuse to be taken advantage of by scammers. To add to this, the item was poorly packaged and arrived with a big hole in the box. I opened it to inspect it - the quality is crap. Flimsy metal, sheet metal cap for the ceiling, questionable wiring - it may look good but it is very low quality. I immediately notified them that I certainly would not be lifting the chargeback and they could send a shipping label to retrieve it. That was 8 days ago and other than their contact with my credit card company - I have not heard back from them. Buyer beware!

Simple design, but it really elevates the space. Doesn’t shout for attention, just works perfectly.

The quality is excellent and the finish feels premium. Looks great on the wall and gives off a warm, comfortable light.

Wenche has some really great pendant light options. We spent way too long deciding because everything looked good. Ended up choosing one and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Installed the Ahni wall sconces in our hallway last week and honestly they transformed the space. The glass texture is beautiful and the light feels warm and calming, not harsh at all. Once mounted, they feel solid and well made. Exactly the kind of quality we were hoping for.
