From my first contact with WEPC, the whole process was straightforward. I was given useful information before my appointment and queries I had were dealt with promptly.

They were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail and answered questions.
They are happy if we need to call or email.
Would recommend.

Clear explanation and guidance from Simon. Prompt with phone call and clear instructions. Very patient and gave very good advice.

The process was very simple from start to finish. There was no pressure from anyone that I spoke to. The information gathering was very organised, any queries I had were responded to and expanded on with explanations provided throughout the process.
During the process options were explained and possible next steps.
The draft documents were shared and werd written in plain English. Any timelines were discussed and actioned as described. Fircwhat i perceived to be a difficukt process was very simpke in the end. Everything was explained to me carefully, nothing was rushed. I felt all my wishes were understood. The whole process could not have gone better. Simon Jones( no relation!) Could not have been more helpful. The lady on the switchboard was also helpful when I phoned the office.

I was so nervous waiting for the call but he put me at ease straight away and it went smooth and I feel better knowing everything is in place if anything happens to me or my husband, and definitely advice anyone to use WEPC.

When I received the first call from Rageni Gosai informing me of the service I would receive, I was very impressed at how clear and concise she came across. I was a little hesitant about my telephone appointment but Simon Jones made everything easy to understand and advised me of what is best for me and my circumstances. I was kept informed of what was happening next and I felt confident that I’d done the right thing. I received my documents today ( of which I will read through later) after only 1 week. Great service and I would definitely recommend.
