The product is excellent, and your prompt despatch was also excellent.
However, the delivery service by GLS was terrible. On Saturday 28 February, at approximately 09.30 am, the product was enroute only 30 minutes from my house. However, they stopped the delivery and only delivered to a pick up point on Monday. This product was meant to be delivered to my house. So I could not use the golf clubs over the weekend, and on Monday, it caused a major disruption in my day to go and collect this parcel from a pick up point. I will never again contract any purchase who uses GLS for their delivery service. Otherwise, thank you for your own pre-delivery service

Thank you for your review. Though I think the 1-star is meant for GLS and not us - but I completely understand your case.
I do apologize in GLS's behalf. That is absolutely not okay.
I have good news for you.
We just came to an agreement with UPS and therefore I am glad to let you know, that all orders south of Denmark will be delivered with UPS as of next week.
And in the end of the year, all customers will have the option to choose DHL as well.
So next time you stop by weplayagain.com - you will have that option to France.
