Fast and Responsive support!

I got a cheap 4 dollar a month server to play with a small group of friends, and it worked well. But the reason I'm giving such a high score is because the customer service is incredible. With how many companies try to get you to sort through a knowledge base or talk to an AI support assistant before begrudgingly letting you talk to a real person, it's refreshing to be able to go into the Wepwawet Discord server and talk to a real person, usually the actual owner of Wepwawet themselves. I had to ask questions 3 times and each time they helped me super quickly.

The actual service itself is great too. The website to manage the server is nice, giving easy access to the console, files, and other settings. The server worked well, I used basically the cheapest tier and there was occasional lag but for the price it's more than adequate.

If I want to host another server in the future, they will certainly be my first choice.

The team is so helpful! I am very much not a techy person and they were very slow and walked me through the steps I needed to do. For the price I was not expecting his much help and this much control over my server. As someone who has tried several different minecraft server hosters, this one is by far the best experience I’ve had tech help and price wise!!

This hosting has very stable servers and active support team. Control panel is intuitive in use. Didn't have any issues with them

Wepwawet has been a great server provider for me and my friends, the owners a great person and everything is genuinely amazing

I have been using this service for the past 3 months, with prices that are very great compared to other hosts.

I also cannot find any issues with the reliance of the servers, having used another host I can say that my time playing Minecraft has always been the best with no performance issues from the server itself.

Staff is also always there to help, both with lesser issues, and greater ones, I have had many worries quickly ironed out with a rapid response.

With a large amount of discounts to reduce the price even further for a starting server, I really think these are one of the best from every server host I've looked at.

Response time has been really good, and every issue I've had was resolved quickly and with good results.

The server ran very well for frediiis Minecraft event

I bought a server from here to host an 100 player event with like 30 plugins and a couple of datapacks running, the server was taking it like a champ and we didnt experience any lag throught the whole event, Will be coming back to get more servers from here in the future!

It's very nicely fulfilled what I needed it to fulfill for a server. It runs fairly smoothly, even with multiple members on at the same time, and the support team has always been willing to help whenever we have issues.

Everyone is very helpful and active. Whenever I asked a question they responded very fast and answered all my questions. The servers themselves are also great, even under a lot of load and with a lot of players. We've used Wepwawet for 6 months now and I have nothing bad to say. The servers work exactly as expected with no flaws or slowing down.

Wepwawet is a amazing hosting company with great support they respond almost immediately and their servers are above amazing they have almost no lag and loads of locations to chose from
