We order matching family pj's every year as a tradition for family Christmas eve pictures. I know how long some places take so with that said...yes I ordered early!!!
My order was for 8 pjs (mom of 5 and a grandchild)
They arrived the first week of December 2025.
My 7 year olds pjs were missing from order. I emailed them and specifically stated- if you cant guarantee my sons pjs in time I would like to return the entire order. They emailed back stating it would be in time before Christmas eve. , it was thier mistake amd that they would be sending out for immediate shipping with tracking #.
Dec 20th- no pjs or a tracking #🤦🏽‍♀️😭
I emailed and the response I received: we cant state anything once it left our warehouse, we cant tell you when you will receive item. 😡
Me:Ok..I need to return all items.
Them: we cant take back items since you've past the 7 day return.
Seriously?! So I emailed once more saying...ho back through emails... I told you if yall couldnt guarantee delivery that I needed to return all! This way I can purchase elsewhere...

Fast forward to last email... no returns allowed for the 7 pjs..... (which are all still in packaging)
However my sons that finally came in on Dec 30th i can return for $90 shipping😭😡
Side note: they are cheaply cheaply made!
So im stuck with $200 worth of pjs we didnt get to wear. It was so sad to have my family in non matching pjs .

I ordered 5 pajamas. 2 of the pajamas didn’t fit so it didn’t work out to take pics. I read the policy on how I would have to pay for return, not realizing it’s in china. Honestly I payed 150 for 5 pajamas and they quality wasn’t even there. Pretty disappointed in their return policy because cost of shipping cost like 90. Sucks that I’m stuck with product i didn’t like

Very poor quality and no exchange program. Womans Sizes are ridiculously undercut, sizing is 3 sizes off and company refuses to exchange

I actually don’t ever leave reviews. Ever. But I felt this was even important to leave a review especially since I didn’t even know how I felt about my order because of the reviews at first. I was concerned about the sizing, and even if I would actually receive my order.
Firstly, I actually received my order. So this is in fact an actual functioning store which I absolutely doubted at first.
Second, all of my items came just as ordered. They looked like the pictures and came in the correct sizes as ordered.
Third, the fabric wasn’t bad at all. I just didn’t care for the fit. The seam around my ankles was a littele tight/small with no stretch. Just sayin.
I would definitely size up just one size. I got a small and definitely wished I got a women’s medium.
With all that said, I was pleased overall with our purchase and we liked our Christmas Jammies!

I would never order from this brand again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. My order took two months to arrive, completely missing the timeframe I needed it for. On top of that, they charge for returns, and the return cost is higher than the product is worth. The clothing quality is disappointing—it looked soft and comfortable online but turned out to be a stretchy, flat material that feels cheap.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I took the time to leave a review here to warn others about werematching. Horrible services, return policy is useless, I ordered christmas pyjamas since December 2nd, it's December 28th, still haven't received my product, had to buy another pyjamas from the store to use on my family event. Contact # provided is a VOIP number, I waited on hold for 3hrs, no one answered. All I can say is werematching is the biggest scam of the century. Please be warned, do not overlook this review or other reviews, do not become a victim

I had a terrible experience with werematching.com. First of all, their return policy is absolutely horrible. I was shocked to find out that returning items costs over $100 just because they ship from China. That’s an outrageous amount for a return label!

Additionally, the quality of the pajamas I received was disappointing. The material felt cheap and not worth the price I paid. They said to send pictures with measurements of each item and to expect up to 1-4 cm off from posted size chart in order to do an exchange or return.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!
