Inform clearly that fasting is necessary before a blood test.
Neither Werlabs nor Hagakliniken warned me to fast before having the bloodtest taken at Hagakliniken.
Glukos and cholesterol counts were thus inflated.

I can see that you ordered Folkhälsopaketet, if you go to the product page of this test it will say that you need to be fasting for this test and that it needs to be taken before 10 in the morning: https://werlabs.se/halsokontroll/folkhalsopaket/
We also send you an email with important information after you have activated your test, in this email it also says if you need to be fasting or not. You can also find important information to read before your sampling under "inför provtagning" on our website.

I went for a blood sampling
I went for a blood sampling, but the sample arrived to the laboratory 2 days later. Because of this I didn't get some of the results, and some weren't read properly because the blood was too old. I was offered a code to go and do the sampling again, but I still consider this very unprofessional. Will not use their services ever again.

Bad experience at Laboratoriet Tureberg
Hi,
I had a bad experience at Laboratoriet Tureberg located in Tingsvägen 19, Sollentuna. It took some time to retrieve blood from my body and one of the staff was just being restless and overreacting on me. This is not acceptable in a country like Sweden and this behaviour of hers may have impact on some patients. I kindly advise you to reach out to this lab and take some action on her so that someone else do not have to go through similar experience as me.

Brilliant service!
It was super easy to find/choose a test online, and the next step was also very convenient ie. to choose a lab for the sample. My test results came back very quick, I liked especially the Dr.s comments, which was very informative.

The activation flow was absolutely top notch and comfortable, and I loved how clearly the map showed me where is the most suitable for me to take the test.
Also, the opening hours, which are very crucial, were really precise and easy to figure out.
The doctor's comments were professional and informative. However, they could be a little bit more elaborate. For example, they could be explaining why a certain marker being slightly up the range is not a concern, instead of simply not mentioning it at all.

Fast ans reliable
Great experience!
In this country where it seems almost impossible get tested or properly checked out by a doctor having this service is amazing. I've tried this now twice, having checks once every 6/7 months and it's always extremely quick and reliable.
Yes, I would like to have the chat with the doctor that gives me the response, but is not what advertised, could that be implemented? Absolutely.
But the service is extremely fast and reliable.

Choose a different provider
I have used Werlabs several times. Once they “lost” a sample en route to the lab and I had to contact them before they would offer to do anything about it. The most recent time I was unable to attend the clinic within three months of payment due to illness. When I contacted customer service, I was informed their policy was to keep 100% of my payment despite offering no service. Use another service provider, Werlabs is not focused on providing a good product, they only want your money for as little work as possible
