I just came back from a trip to Indochina (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand), and it was truly amazing!! We did so many things that I feel like we traveled for a month rather than 2 weeks 😂 I was a great combo of exploring nature, the local cultures, delicious foods and historical sites. I also enjoyed with group, and our group leader, Dionysia, was very fun and did a great job.
I can highly recommend the trip! I am already planning for the next adventure with WeRoad ✈️🌍

Big scam - would not recommend
I went on the Bali & Gili: Tropical Vibes & Turquoise Tides 9-day trip with WeRoad in May 2026, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The biggest issue was the price compared to what was actually included. The trip can cost up to £1000 yet almost nothing is included apart from accommodation and maybe two very cheap temple entries (around £2 each). Most activities cost extra, even though some were presented in the itinerary as full planned days. For example trips like Nusa Penida were not included and required additional payment of 37 quid.
If someone came on this trip with limited spending money they would honestly end up stuck in the hotel most days because nearly every activity required paying extra. I understand optional extras like yoga or jewellery making workshops, but charging separately for major day trips feels so misleading.
The accommodation was also very disappointing. The hotels felt like the cheapest options possible, with two people sharing rooms, sometimes with only a double bed instead of twins. When I checked the hotel prices myself, many were only around £20 per room/per night. In Bali, you can get beautiful villas and much nicer hotels for only a little more, so I don’t understand why the quality was so poor.
Some examples were that one hotel in Ubud had what looked like a washed blood stain on the bedsheets or Air conditioning did not work properly in some hotels and the locations were poor and far from ideal.
There were also organisational issues throughout the trip: hotel and itinerary information was sent very late, everything felt rushed, too much time was spent in Seminyak, which was overcrowded and overrated, many locations were extremely touristy despite the trip being marketed as more unique and adventurous.
The Nusa Penida trip especially was disappointing: The boat felt badly organised, didn;t get to see any manta rays, the viewpoints were so overcrowded that we only had enough time to take a quick photo before leaving and no chance of actually going to the beach.
Another issue was the group size. The trip advertises ‘small groups’ averaging 11 people, but our group had 16. This made everything slower, more crowded, and less enjoyable.
There were 2 separate instances where we had to travel on a bus with all people’s bags, and there were not enough seats for everyone. The solution was simply to squeeze people in (like 5 people in one row where there were 4 seats) instead of coming up with a better solution. It felt like poor planning from WeRoad trying to pocket as much money as possible and saving on everything from hotels to buses that didn’t even have enough space for people and luggage. The coordinator also didn’t come up with a rational solution to the situation.
So in reality you’re paying around £1000 for 9 nights of accommodation that would normally cost roughly £180 in total. Then you still have to spend an extra £160–£180 on activities, £600+ on flights, plus additional money on food at restaurants chosen by the group. All of that just to travel in a large, crowded tour group.
Overall, unless your goal is mainly taking instagram photos in crowded tourist spots, I honestly think you are much better off organising the trip yourself. Bali is easy and safe to travel around, and for the same budget you could stay in much nicer accommodation, hire local guides, explore hidden gems, relax properly, and have a far more authentic experience.
The only genuinely positive part of the trip was the people. Everyone in the group was lovely, and our coordinator Megan was very chill and helpful despite the booking and scheduling problems caused by WeRoad’s poor planning.

Amazing trip, our co-ordinate Ana was absolutely amazing. Great idea setting up our group chat so we were all a little familiar with eachother before our actual trip. The group were an amazing bunch and wonderful Ana had everything needed for any type of sickness. Well organised and we were provided a full itinerary and then a breakdown on each day. Very much appreciate. The trip was jam packed and we were on the go most days with various activities, tours and nightlife.

I loved our trip to madagascar. The roads were long and bumpy, but totally worth it when you see the beautiful nature and unique animals in their natural habitat. The schedule was full of activities and it was nicely balanced with the last 4 days at the beach to fully rest, recover and fly back home fully recharged. Imogen was a great coordinator. She was attentive, considerate, very well organised and a pleasure to be with.
Madagascar is a big, beautiful country with large wealth disparity. This is a more than a traditional holiday and I'm glad I got to share it with the weroad group

This was my second weroad trip and my second trip coordinated by Yaser. This time my destination was South Korea and Yaser made everything he could to show us every aspect of this Country at the right time. Like watching the sunset from panoramic view points or during a river cruise. The tour was an intense 10 day long exploration but Yaser also thought about some good time between us, chilling at the park or exploring some nightlife in Seoul. Every day he had different meal options and he rearranged activities according to the weather. He is so well organised that I did not have to think about anything for the whole trip. He does everything he can to make our trip smooth and unforgettable!
This year as well I can just highly recommend Yaser!!

Myself and my friend travelled with WeRoads on the Albania Winter Express tour from 24th - 29th April 2026. This was my second trip with WeRoads (Southern Italy Express was first)and as before, we had an amazing time overall. Albania far exceeded our expectations and the design of this trip meant we got to experience everything from soaking in the culture and nightlife of Tirana to rafting on the River Vjosa to lazing on the unspoilt beaches close to Saranda. Being an express trip, the itinerary was jam packed with very little downtime so it isn’t for those looking for relaxation. The itinerary was well thought out by Mattia the tour producer and excellently guided and led by Frensis the onsite Albanian guide. Our tour coordinator Jack was excellent also and ensured that any issues that did arise were escalated to the WeRoads team and resolved very quickly. For this trip, with all the moving parts and cultural differences that exist, he did a brilliant job of acting as a liaison. The highlights for me were the river rafting and our time at the beach, followed by the epic session of car karaoke on the way back. So much fun! The one downside of the trip was confusion around the accommodation for us girls - we were four in total and while accepting that we may need to share a room with more than one other girl at our first hotel, we were all allocated to the same room with 2 single beds and one double - with the understanding that my friend and I would share the double. Expecting travellers to share the same bed unless actually specified is unacceptable. It did however get resolved that night thanks to Jack’s fast action. I would recommend that WeRoad be very specific with the hotel if using again

Went on a city break tour to Istanbul over the bank holiday weekend. Michela was our coordinator, her first non-Italian group. A brilliant time was had by all with walking tours that covered everything from churches & mosques to ancient cisterns, Egyptian plinths, palace walls & modern bridges. We crossed the continent into Asia by ferry to see street art murals, enjoy traditional dumplings & learn the art of Turkish coffee. A patch of horrible rain was scrubbed away in warm Turkish bathhouses & there was so much delicious cuisine throughout the days! Highly recommended

The coordinator Diana was very kind, friendly and amazing!
However, the trip as too busy with all of the activities, would benefit for more down time.
In addition, the hotesl were awful. Cheap and tiny. Some of them were far away from the city centre.
Lots of additional expenses overall in the trip.

Amazing trip to Patagonia - if anyone has doubts it is very much worth it! Great balance of hiking off and on days. Steep price for the trip and excursions but well worth the effort! Incredible rafting, horse riding and big ice experience. Loved the large group we had of 10 and a fab tour coordinator

This was my 2nd trip with WeRoad and it was 10000000000 out of 10! Yaser was a terrific coordinator, very organized and professional, but also friendly and fun!! Also, everybody in my group was absolutely THE BEST!! I never laughed so hard in my life! Uzbekistan is breathtaking, all the places are beautiful, it’s rich in history, and people there are so kind!! It’s sad how underrated it is!

Worst travel agency ever!! Still fighting with them to get my refund back… day 14 of discussions over something I have no control over.

Booking my first solo group trip to Costa Rica was always going to be a gamble—especially over my birthday—but it paid off in the best possible way! I had the most incredible vacation. One I’ll never forget.
With a packed itinerary, we were lucky enough to experience so much of this beautiful country and its culture in just 13 days. We immersed ourselves in nature and embraced every adventure along the way. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group - everyone brought something unique and together it made the experience even more special.
Our tour guide, Matt, was no exception. He made the trip feel effortless and fun, while encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones, whether through physical challenges or engaging, dynamic conversation.
I’ve come away with unforgettable memories and friends for life. What more could I ask for?

WeRoad Costa Rica 360 between Jungles and Volcanoes was my first group travel experience, and I truly can’t believe what an unforgettable journey it’s been. I originally started planning my first days in Costa Rica as part of a solo trip - but the moment I came across this itinerary, I signed up instantly. In just 13 days, the schedule covered every single stop and activity I could have dreamed of. Every day - without fail- I did or saw something I had never done/seen before.
On top of that, Matt, the tour leader, went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and ensure that friendships were formed from day 0 - fun games, thoughtful conversations, cracking jokes and great tunes! I came excited for all the activities, but never thought I’d leave with friends for life. The group was like nothing I could have ever imagined.
This was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you WeRoad, Matt, and the Costa Rica 360 gang!

Japan trip was great! Very busy but that meant we got to see a lot.
Our leader Diana was amazing, so organised and efficient but at the same time was able to chill and enjoy with us, the perfect balance! She also managed the group dynamics very well.
In terms of the company: The only thing is that the last hotel in Tokyo booked by the company itself was way too far out and meant we had to spend extra time and money on travelling to and from it. Accommodation in general could be better.
