I wanted a ticket for SUNDAY not Saturday !

Barnabas Safe and sound have been using We Scan Tickets for a number of years to take bookings for our summer activities.
The system is easy to use and gives us the data we need immediately. We love that we can personalise our own ticketing site and that we don't have to wait until the event to get payment.

Having attended many events that We Scan Tickets have worked at (VW Festival and Autumn Lights) - entrance to the event was so quick and easy. The staff were lovely and friendly, I heard them on a few occasions being really helpful with other guests dealing with tricky queries.

The procedure and tech they have made it so simple for a process that can often be quite complicated.

I've been using We Scan Tickets for roughly 10 years now to sell tickets for events I organise and have been very happy with their service. Really good people too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone organising a ticketed event who wants easy access to their page for updates, a great low fee and to deal with people you can actually talk to.

We have experienced wescantickets first hand at many events and the staff are amazing and very friendly, we hope to see them at as many events as possible. Quick, easy and reliable, you can't ask for better than that

Bought tickets via WeScan for Autumn Lights Festival in Harrogate only to then get an email from Autumn Lights saying it was cancelled due to low sales. Email also said to contact WeScan for either full refund or replacement tickets elsewhere. I did exactly this only to be told that they don't deal with refunds and they had forwarded my request to Autumn Lights. No response from Autumn Lights. I followed up again with WeScan to get the run around again. Following another email chasing my refund I suddenly get sent replacement tickets for another venue I can't attend. I gave every opportunity for 'Shannon Emmett' to do the right thing prior to leaving this review but they've chosen to steal my money instead. Also, I've reported WeScan to trustpilot for leaving fraudulent reviews. See below for the only two positive reviews from 'Shannon' Leigh and 'Katy' Emmett. You could at least have thought of better fakes names. Stay clear of this organisation.

We have 10 events annually and We Scan Tickets makes it so simple - takes the stress out of selling tickets. Highly recommend.
