Products Details These are the 21mm Collagen casings and are ideal for a traditional British Cocktail Sausage, served on a stick at a buffet, or for a Children’s Party. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial casings' are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod which will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 4 x 12.5mtr rods and provided they are kept dry they will keep indefinitley. Product Features - Calibre 21mm. - 4 x 12.5mtr rods. - 50 mtr in a pack. - Use straight out of the pack. - Makes a thin cocktail type sausage.
