Product Details These are the Collagen 28mm casings which are the Collagen equivalent of a Hog Casing. They are ideal for a ‘Cumberland’ style sausage or a typical beef ore game sausage. Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage!! Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 4 x 12.5mtr Rods and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely. Product Features - Calbre: 28mm. - 4 x 12.5 metre rods per pack. - 1 x 50 metre pack. - Use straight out of the pack. - Makes a traditional Cumberland style sausage.
