Product Details These are the 30mm Collagen casings and are designed to mimic the size of the natural Hog Casing. They are specifically used to create the ideal Lincolnshire style sausage or thick Pork or Game Collagen Casings or ‘artificial' casing are quick and easy to use. They are supplied dry and each ‘concertinaed’ rod will fill up to 12.5 metres of sausage. Simply cut a section and place over the nozzle of your stuffer. Each pack contains 4 x 12.5mtr Rods, and provided they are kept dry will keep indefinitely. Product Features - Calbre: 30mm. - 4 x 12.5 metre rods per pack. - 1 x 50 metre pack. - Use straight out of the pack. - Makes a traditional Lincolnshire or Game style sausage.

Great product. Like the shelf life compared to natural casings. Good for making small batches of sausage.
I was sceptical about using collagen Skins instead of hog skins. However, these worked really well. I’d recommend soaking them before use and they work just like natural skins. Very good and will be purchasing again.
Hi thanks for allowing the feed back. I did find the casings difficult to place on the filling nozzle. The notes did say to use them dry,I found this almost impossible and had to wet them. Apart from that they were ok.
