Too minty and no other seasoning. Needs salt and pepper and more onion flavour. The burgers we made with this are inedible unfortunately

Not bad, Doesn't taste of Mint as such, Just tastes of very light spearmint flavour. had to add extra dried mint to boost the flavour.
I used lamb that was lean, needed more fat content to it as I found the mix didn’t quite bind the minced lamb. But the product itself I couldn’t fault and will certainly order more in the future.
