Lovely flavour and mixed well. Seemed a little resilient to the cold water and showed as small granular residents. Overall, was loverly. Had to convert to burgers as the extruder for sausages was too large for the lambs casing.

Great with game and venison
Out of all the products I’ve tried this is my favourite. Used it several times with great results. Not to take anything away from the other ones I’ve tried but having access to game it’s my favourite. Also the feedback from friends who have tried the sausages has been fantastic, even the ones who don’t shoot.

This mix was used to add to venison plus pork belly sausages. We also added some kibbled onions which lifted the flavour. Very good
