Handfuls of coriander, a dash of lime oil, and a generous pinch of chili all come together to make a summer sausage that tastes delicious. Whilst the chillis does add some heat to the sausage it is a mild heat so perfect if you don't want your sausage too firey. We recommend this mix with pork or chicken with each pack making around 20lbs of sausage.
