Product Details This heavy-duty meat hammer has a total of 81 small spikes on one side. The handle has curved ridges to allow for a strong grip and to prevent any slippage. The tenderizer is used to make tough large chunks of meat lovely and tender making it wider and thinner in the process. Simply use a gentle rhythmic action placing the spiked side down onto the meat.
