Product Details The Moroccan burger mix is great when matched with lamb and makes a significant change from beef. This spicy mix gives a full-on Moroccan flavour. As soon as it hits the grill the spice from the chilli powder comes through but the mint and the sweetness of dried apricots and sultanas balance it out.
