Unable to contact by phone, emails bounced back as unable to deliver. Checked company on Gov.uk and the company closed down in September 2023!!!!! They’ve still been taking our monthly payments by direct debit for six appliances since then. If we hadn’t needed a repair we wouldn’t have found out as their answer service is still working. This is fraud

Having phoned this company 5 times regarding a repair and have still not recieved any response whatsoever if no response today i wll cancel direct debit with them as i am beginning to think they don't exist anymore

Washing machine cover.

Reported a fault with washing machine, after numerous chaser calls, an engineer finally turned up and said that the washing machine would need replacing and they will either provide a new one or pay for one. A month later still waiting to hear back despite numerous chaser calls and emails.

Terrible customer services! I contacted this company over 3mths ago regarding blue patches on tv screen. After numerous phone calls and promises of call backs, finally spoke to someone, they said they'd have to speak to an engineer about repair & said they'd call back, didn't happen! So back to square one with phone calls, take number, no call backs. Eventually spoke to some who told me can't locate engineer & can't be repaired! They were going to send a cheque in post. Received a cheque for £45, no covering letter of explanation so I called...several times & eventually spoke to someone call 'John'. He explained the cheque amount was for payments I made & that D/D for tv would cease. I said what was point of taking cover out on appliances if you only refund payments made! He said he'd look into it & get back to me, that was early Dec.. I'm still waiting, despite several phone calls plus an e-mail. Absolutely diabolical way to run a company & seriously thinking of cancelling washing machine cover, don't want a repeat of this shambles if anything goes wrong! Should have stayed with Domestic & General instead of this useless lot! Seriously thinking of taking this further!!!
☆To date 10/02/22 I have wtitten a letter to their London address, sent 17/01/22, still no response! I called Customer services again to be told that I should retry sending e-mail as I had used incorrect one previously. She gave me the correct one, I sent e-mail & it returned as FAILURE, so I phoned again and was told it was correct. Re tried but Failure again!!! I am taking this further...been over 4mths now!

Terrible service! They have been taking money from my account and when confronted via emails and phone calls they say they will ring me back...never hear from them again. Looks like they have conned a lot of people by these reviews.

This Company is a con, they phoned my mother who has just started with alziemers where she gave them her card number and they took £385 for a year until further notice I have been ringing since 30th Nov (today 15 Dec)to cancel they promised to send a cheque back not received. They say Im on a priority call back still not received. Totally discusting. Thinking of calling Trading Standards.

Poor customer service and very long wait times for a repair. No-one calls you back when they say they will, so you have to keep calling them for an update. 2 weeks to fix a washing machine for a family of 5 is ridiculous. No compensation for having to keep going to the laundrette!!

Please stay away from this company, had a problem with my Boiler, rang them on Monday the 15th of November, they told me an engineer would contact me, this went on for 4 days, only to get a call from them on Thursday18th, to say they had cancelled my policy and refunded our money because they could not get an engineer to my postcode.
Do not go near this company i have they never get back to you.

I had a phone call on the 24 August by a person named Mark asking if I would like to insure my washing machine against breakdowns. I was given a price which I agreed to and asked to be sent a confirmation email. To date I haven’t received any information however money has been taken out of my bank account. I have tried to contact ‘we serve 247 on the telephone number that Mark called on which was 08007747200. There are four options and on each option they say leave a message as they are busy. However there is no option to leave a message. I plan to stop anymore payments and ask the bank to get my money back as I think this company is a scam

I am registered with this company for my boiler service anytime I call them to arrange a service they tell me the engineers will call me but no one does. It’s been six weeks now and I have called them at least 10 times. I have lost all hope and I will be reporting them to consumer standards. Who do they serve ANIMALS or Humans. Please stay away from them. They have no respect for their customers.

Repair carried out by Capital Repairs. Phoned to give arrival time on date confirmed repair would be carried out and arrived on time given. Very polite engineer and new exactly the problem and carried out the job with no fuss.
Excellent service received.

Engineer was on time and polite although not very talkative I felt he wanted to get out but did carry out the what was required on our dish washer.

Quick response and gas fitter who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable Repaired oven door in no time
