This is a scam site. I only came here because of an offer I liked. Turns out I didnt buy the product but got a 'subscription' that now charges money from my creditcard.

I have lodged a complaint with the company Weshopkitchen regarding subscriptions and there a has been communication and every of my request responded to swiftly. Excellent service and good support from escalation team. Excellent service from Paula.

It's a scam. My daughter was tricked into signing up to a monthly membership of £40 to get a £15 gift card! Tik-Tok shop scammer. Stay away. I logged in to her account, contacted chat and they said we can't cancel. I threatened to report them to her bank, then they cancelled everything and refunded the money they had taken. BE AWARE!

They are committing a cyber crime for a while now
- running fake ads on social media (e.g. pretending to be Decathlon and running ads on Instagram)
- sending fake subscription email to people they already scammed through fake ads on social media

This is some kind of scam. I followed a link on Instagram to a survey with a car emergency kit as the inducement. The survey purported to be from the AA. Having completed the survey I was offered the emergency kit for €9.99 instead of the usual €99. Seemed harmless so I filled in the payment information. On the first attempt the payment didn't clear so I waited a couple of minutes, checked my bank account and saw that no payment had been taken, so completed the payment process a second time. This time my bank account showed the payment.
The following day I checked my bank account, as I do every morning, and saw that I had been charged the same amount by two different named payees.
On checking my emails I found I had received two identical emails from the same two named companies thanking me for signing up to their subscription service. At no point in the procedure had there been any indication of a subscription, simply that I was ordering a single product item.
One of the companies was this one, and the other was named getbeoutside. Both showed the parent company to be Brutano limited, with an address in Cyprus.
I contacted both companies via their live chat, and after some arguing they eventually agreed to cancel my subscription and refund what I had paid.
I would strongly urge anyone who comes across this company to have absolutely nothing to do with them. Only time will tell if they have actually cancelled my subscription and I get a refund.
UPDATE
This half of the scam has now refunded the money they took from me so hopefully that's the end of the matter with them. The other half, getbeoutside, have not refunded me and have said they will only do so if I leave them a 5 star review on Trustpilot with very specific wording. I told them that I am not going to comply, and the request simply adds more evidence to the fact they are dishonest.

If you have anything to do with this business, you should report your case to the police department responsible for internet crimes in your country.

They have been scamming people everywhere on the internet (they even ran an ad on IG! pretending to be Decathlon).

In my case, this company ran a false ad as Decathlon and I got scammed through it. First, they took €2 with my debit card, and then later on sent me an email that my "subscription" on the site has been confirmed with the amount of €27.25. I am in contact with the police department regarding this case.

I was able to cancel my membership really fast with no problems at all.

Just to share i click the link to SPECIFICALLY get that netflix advent calendar and was very very surprised and alarmed that persistenct charges to my card happened within 72 hours. The money you guys took was intended for medical needs and you left me hanging. My only request was to stop the charges and cancel the membership, again it was just the netflix advent calendar that i wanted. BUT THANK YOU FOR DOING MORE THAN I ASKED. The refund is very much appreciated. If i lived in the uk i would gladly be a member and buy things, but i am not. Thank you
