Great solution for accounting firms managing a lot of bookkeeping clients

We’ve found Wesley especially useful for managing write-up and after-the-fact bookkeeping across multiple clients. One of the biggest time savers is being able to upload bank statements and have Wesley extract the transactions and automatically categorize a large portion of them. It cuts down significantly on the manual data entry we would normally have to do.

I also like that Wesley is designed specifically for accounting firms rather than individual small businesses. It’s much easier to manage multiple client books from one place, and the pricing makes a lot more sense for a firm with many clients since we aren’t paying for a separate software subscription for every company.

For straightforward bookkeeping clients who don’t need to log into the accounting software themselves, Wesley can be a very practical alternative to QuickBooks, especially for firms moving away from QuickBooks Desktop.

The product is still evolving, so there are areas where workflows and features continue to improve, but the team has been very responsive to feedback and requests.

Overall, the biggest benefit for us is reducing the amount of repetitive bookkeeping work while making it easier to manage a larger number of clients.
