Mental health malpractice

fiancé was transferred here from the ER. The first few minutes of being there she was attacked twice by the same man another patient. Was denied medical attention for 30+ hours and in a wheelchair because of swollen feet and legs and can't walk. Was told by the examining doctor that there was nothing physically wrong with her, but clearly can't walk. Was told they were not discharging her due to her condition, the same condition they denied she had. Didn't get the wheelchair until after 30+ hours of waiting and then seeing her crawling on the floor just to go to the bathroom. Was attacked by another man the following night. Her life is in danger and safety is not at the top of their priority list. local police department can't do anything about it because it's under the hospital's discretion. there's no one out there to help immediately. Do not take your loved ones to this hospital. They will come out worse than when they went in. filing a lawsuit, currently trying to shut this place down. Also, the first attacker had previously another female patient before my fiancé showed up. But was still allowed to roam free in the general population.
