Service and friendly staff

Friendly staff excellant service and the guys who delivered our settee and chair were brilliant.
They also made a fuss of our little dog in the store which made our day.

Excellent Company and Service

We have purchased over the last few years, four sofas for two separate rooms, dining room furniture and bedroom furniture.
The price point is excellent, customer service even better and the delivery guys what can we say other than amazing, nothing is too much trouble.
Be seeing you again soon guys no doubt

Fantastic service

Just received our garden furniture ,fantastic service from beginning to end, ordered our furniture and delivered in afew days, furniture is really good quality and really pleased with it, shall definitely be shopping there again .

When a well known high street store…

When a well known high street store suddenly stopped making sofas, Westbridge Furniture came to my rescue and made a matching one for me. Their help and support was 1st class, very helpful, going above and beyond. So I ended up with a perfect matching sofa for much less. Thank you to Ben and Stewart, old fashioned service at its best.

Bought furniture for the first time…

Bought furniture for the first time from Westbridge and the experience was amazing! Chris, helped us with the process of selecting the right sofa and also guided us on how to maintain the sofa's life.

We have just moved to Stoke and Westbridge has now become my go to place for furniture.

Nantucket corner sofa

we purchased a large corner sofa in a fabric they didnt have on display in store at the time and upon delivery it was beautiful and in my opinion is better than a full price sofa we bought for another room which was twice the price. Build and finishing is great. sofa is nice and firm which i wanted for back pain and has settled a little in 3 months but is still very comfortable (probably more so than when it first arrived). They may have been a little light on communications between paying and delivery but based on my experience with this company, I would recommend them as great value for money and good service.

Best furniture shopping experience

As we had already purchased a couple of sofas from West bridge, we went back as we wanted a wingback chair and footstool. Once again nothing was too much trouble for the staff, especially Chris, who was really helpful even carrying and loading our purchases into our car. Top notch service and top notch furniture. We live a good 40 minutes away but it really is worth the journey. We will be recommending you to all our family and friends. Thank you Westbridge keep up the fabulous work -10 out of 10.

Great store

Ordered furniture for my new home.
But had a delay in moving, staff were really helpful and kept my order in store until I was ready to have it delivered. When it was delivered the drivers unpacked it all and put it in place for me.
Will definitely be going back.

Quality products and great service

Great range of quality stuff with some great price tags. Staff were helpful and knowledgable about the products which is always nice to see. Unlike a lot of stores like this, they’re not pushy but at the same time there always seems to be someone on hand when you need to ask a question.

Our order was delivered on time and really pleased with the final product! Will be shopping there again!

We ordered 2 settees on the 25th of…

We ordered 2 settees on the 25th of july and they where delivered on the 4th of August
We love the style of the two settee.
7 months down the line we have at to have the seats repaired.When the seats where removed we found on the first 1, there was only 1" piece of dacron on the springs and no canvas between the springs and dacron.There was a foam roll on the front edge too make a roll at the front.
The 2nd one we found the same as the first one but this time there was no foam roll on the front.
We had them done by a proper upholster costing us another £200.
If westbridge want to see some photos I have them.
I have tryed to find a email for Westbridge but can not find one.
Not a happy customer Mr N Harper

I have to apologise about not been able to find an email address, I have now sent the photos by email to Stewart Fieldhouse and also put him right about a few other things in his reply.
I stick to my one star review.As said we like the settees but they need to look at the seats carefully as they not very good.

I must say I was a little bit surprised to see you had posted a 1 star review, especially when you ordered a sofa that was too big and we pulled out all the stops to get a smaller one out to you in 3 x days. On the very rare occasion we have ever had a problem, we have gone above and beyond to resolve the matter. You did not give us the opportunity. I really cannot agree that you couldn't contact us, since a simple Google search for "sofas near me" would have brought us to the top of your listing. Contact details are also on our invoice/delivery note. Since you took great pride in letting us know that you were a trained furniture upholsterer I also cannot understand why you needed someone to come and repair your sofa?? The model you had, has been our best selling sofa of the past 3 x years and we have never had anybody report this issue before. As a professional upholsterer if there was a fundamental flaw with the sofa I'm surprised it took you 7 months to notice. I am sorry that if you had a genuine problem you never gave us the opportunity to investigate and if necessary repair/replace it and that you felt the need to make your first course of action a negative review. I am available to offer reassurances of our quality anytime you are passing since you don't live too far away or by phone or by email. You had to have seen our email address when you looked us up on Trustpilot?? Assuring you of our best intentions at all times. Stewart Fieldhouse.

Thanks again Neil. As per our recent e-mails wherein I answered you "putting me right"; it would seem that you are not going to change your rating. However, based upon your insightful comments I have checked to sofas on show and am happy that they meet the exacting standards expected. They may not be the Rolls Royce standard you are used to, but then again they are a very good value sofa within the price range. The quality of the model has not been questioned before. I also feel the onus on whether something will fit in your house lays with you and not ourselves. I'm genuinely glad that we finished our e-mail conversation amicably and would welcome you popping in with your improvement suggestions. Assuring you of my best intentions. Stewart.

Awful bunch of fraudsters!

Ordered a sofa and armchair directly from them. Very keen to get the money from you and then advise of a 12-16 week wait, but also claim the wait will realistically not be that long.

Around 30 weeks after ordering the items arrived and were badly damaged. Complained to the store manager politely and he proceed to say “so what”, “that were you, not us” and to “f*** off”. Got a director involved who were apologetic and arranged a replacement.

Replacement arrived after around 4-5 months. The replacements have tears and punctures in the leather, some which they have then tried to cover up and one which they missed. The director’s response? This is natural for leather and we won’t be doing anything.

They clearly thing the law doesn’t apply to them. They’re an utter disgrace with an appalling attitude towards their customers. I’ll be taking them to the small claims courts for the full amount plus legal fees and disposal costs.

Falsum in uno, falsum in toto. You will not be able to find anybody that will say they have ever heard me use the expression, “f*** off”, “that were you, not us” and almost never, “so what”. If you can't even get your "quotes" right it calls into question your other comments, hence the Latin phrase translated, "False in one thing, false in the whole thing". I'm not sure if we really will see you in court because then the truth would have to come out or if that's just the impression you want to give other people?? I assume that now we have seen this post and questioned it you will have the good grace to remove it, Regards, Stewart

Fantastic shop fantastic service great…

Fantastic shop fantastic service great quality and design.
Bought a wardrobe from here recently. The 4 door wardrobe from the Lyon range.
Free delivery and assembly
Can’t beat that!! Delivered and put together quicker than estimated. This wardrobe is very sturdy and great value with 2 really large drawers and all the space I needed to hang all my clothes. Really couldn’t ask for more excellent value!
