Writing this review slightly late. Had my suspension arm replaced here and an MOT retest and they did a top job. Very accomodating as well, as I had initially told them the wrong side had the defect. The owner is a great guy and very professional about the work he does. Loved the office design too.

Will definitely be returning should I need any assistance with my car.

Extremely poor, brought in my car to fix AC fan and then they messed up the whole electronics. Took it to multiple garages after and they all said how much it's been damaged from their work. Had to sell the car due to how bad of a job they did. Wouldn't go here for any electrical work at all.

Albert was really helpful and had great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Albert does a wonderful job in identifying any issues with your vehicle and always discusses a plan of action to ensure customers are aware and onboard. He keeps you updated with photos during the repair (parts used, removed etc) and has always seen to my car whenever I have needed him to, usually with minimal notice! Not to mention his very likeable personality!

Dependable, trustworthy, and skilled. They make everything easy to understand, only suggest what’s truly needed, and consistently provide top-notch service at a reasonable cost. A mechanic you can really rely on.

A Well Run Service with friendly helpful staff and a really knowledgeable Manager who is very approachable and explains what work needs to be done and in a transparent fashion. The Communication is always good and on point and there is plenty of evidence provided (photos, etc) of what work has been done on your vehicle. This is the best service in Leeds for me and i am happy to report it! West Coast Motors the place you must visit when you have an issue with your car.

Albert is always super friendly, helpful and does great work on my car! All for very reasonable prices. There's always space for me even last minute. No reason to go anywhere else in Leeds in my opinion.

Excellent!! Albert was recommended by a friend earlier this year. Took my wife's Skoda fabia for mot and service in February,welcome and friendly from the start. All done and dusted and text to say ready for pick up same day.
25th March my Skoda karok in for service and mot. Some work needed but kept up to date with texts and photos. All completed and text for pick up by 3.oopm. Albert showed me all the replaced parts etc could not have been more helpful.
We will use from now on and highly recommend to friends.

Thought my brakes had some issues, ended up being nothing but my car sitting still for a month and being a bit grumpy. The mechanic was very thorough, we went on a test drive and after everything he did not even charge me for the checkup.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting West Coast Motors, Leeds, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were exceptional from start to finish. Not only did he fit me in at short notice, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my car was back in top shape.

They replaced all my shock absorbers for a very reasonable price and carried out the work efficiently. They also provided me with helpful advice and quotes for getting my car painted and touching up some scratches.

What really stood out was there friendly and professional attitude. They made the whole experience stress-free and took the time to explain everything in detail. It’s rare to find somwhere who genuinely cares about their customers, and they exceeded all my expectations.

I first discovered Albert and West Coast Motors in the Spring when he fixed my car at the last minute when I really needed it. He definitely got me out of a potential hole! The service I received then meant I didn’t think twice about using him again this week for my annual service and MOT. His customer service is second to none. He kept me informed throughout the whole process via WhatsApp explaining what was needed and why. When I asked about needing additional work, he explained why it wasn’t necessary to do it at this time, when he could do easily have just done it and charged me more. I won’t use any other garage now and will definitely be recommending them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Booked in at short notice for an MOT and interim service and needed to know what was making a rattling noise on my Evoque. Albert (Dee) kept in touch with me via WhatsApp through the day with pictures, prices and information. This makes things so easy when you’re working in the office. At pick up, Dee and his colleague identified the rattle, sent me a video of it and told me what to do to get it sorted. Paperwork very professional. Such a nice guy who saw me out and gave me a good handshake. I will be back and would recommend to anybody.

West Coast Motors is now my go to garage and Albert is now my mechanic of choice. After being stung by plenty of garages in my time, this company has restored my faith in the industry.
