Excellent Customer Experience
I was very impressed with the quality of service and workmanship way back when I purchased my blinds in 2019. Roll on 6 years later and a troublesome blind motor had me calling on the team once again. As the blind served my 6 yo daughter’s room I was hoping for a quick turnaround wrt troubleshooting and resolution. Thanks to the team I was able to take the blind to them straight away and they quickly diagnosed and replaced a failing motor. They were also able to set the blind up for the drop dimensions recorded when they first produced the blind. Simply plug and play when I reinstalled the blind at home.
