Poor accountability and customer handling

used Western Bid as the return address/logistics intermediary for an international return.

The item was defective and had to be sent back from the EU to the US. Instead of providing clear instructions or taking responsibility as a professional logistics provider, the process was unnecessarily complicated and shifted entirely onto the customer.

Key issues:

No proactive support or clear guidance for international returns

Responsibility pushed back to the customer despite clear documentation

Slow, generic communication instead of concrete solutions

Lack of accountability when acting as an intermediary for US sellers

As a logistics company, Western Bid should understand international returns, customs procedures, and customer protection requirements. In this case, they acted more like a passive mailbox than a professional logistics partner.

I would not recommend using Western Bid if you expect reliable support or responsibility handling in cross-border transactions.

Delivery Took Longer Than Expected

The product itself was very good, but shipping was slower than advertised. Customer service explained the delay clearly, which I appreciated.

Plastic garbage at metal prices.
Be warned, the quality is promoted as high quality metal taps. They are thin plastic and tin. Yet prices and advertised as standard metal taps. Suspect this is yet another cheap Chinese knock off.

Love my Honex mouth guards!

I had no problem with this company. I received the Honex items I ordered for the second time because I loved the first one. I have used a CPAP machine in the past and had to stop because of COPD and continuous coughing. This little item works just as well and I ordered more so I won’t be without it if I lose one.
The items came in a timely manner and were packaged well. They are also a nice size for travelling compared to the big CPAP machine.

Paragon Faucets - Don't Buy

I purchased a Paragon faucet on 5/4 and didn't receive it until 6/2. I tried to install it on 6/21 but it leaked up inside the faucet. I contacted company to return it and they said they would only replace it even though their website claims a 30 Days Easy Money Back guarantee.

They don't answer the phone or return the call. I've asked for a full refund and they ask me for a picture of a product that simply does not work. I don't suggest ordering or using them. Vet=y poor customer service!

This company is a SCAM - Honex.ca - Honex mouth guard review

This company is a SCAM! I will go out of my way to try to communicate this to the masses. I have given them ample chance to make it right. I bought a Honex mouth guard (from Honex.ca) thinking it was a canadian company. The product is trash, so I thought I'd use their 60 day risk free, money back guarantee. Here's the guarantee. You can get $15 dollars back OR ship it to China with FULL TRACKING at my cost. . This will cost more than the entire purchase was worth. I imagine Western Bid will somehow reply to this and say they are good but I warn you DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. On top of this, my phone has been blowing up with scam calls and it seems they may have shared my contact details. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Scum of the Earth

This company is the worst company that I ever dealt with. They are the scum of the earth. The lie on their advertisement, send you junk, offer a 60 day " No Questions Return Policy" which is worthless. Then they offer you $12.00 refund to keep the piece of JUNK. If you refuse the offer you have to paid to return the crap. One good thing, I have found where they are located in Florida and myself and Mr. SLEDGE HAMMER are going to pay them a friendly visit. They say a refund isn’t their responsibility

I am reaching out because I have been scammed by a shop on etsy. Owned by WesternBid Inc, I paid 2 payments that total $753.82. One payment on 11/4/23 for $464.31 and another one on 11/17/23 $289.51. This money was meant to purchase beaded flowers for my wedding and the services were never rendered.There was never any shipping information provided and she had told me they would be here 05/24 and when nothing was shipped pr updated I reached out again and she confirmed it would be 08/24. I was led on through conversations with the seller assuring me she was making the product and they would be here a few months after the purchase date. This never happened. I started to get worried and reached out almost everyday in the month of October. She has not replied since being exposed as a scam and has not reached out at all with any information regarding a refund. Her store on Etsy (BeadworkArtStore) has been removed due to fraudulent activity and I believe she never made the product or had any intention of sending them. The company WesternBid who owns her store has tried contacting her to refund me as well and has received no response. Paypal cant recover the funds on their end because it has been over 180 days and I believe she knew this when postponing the shipment of the product. I have been taken advantage of and have many screenshots of conversations where she lied to me about the production and readiness of the package. As soon as I started to confront her about the delay and how I felt taken advantage of she stopped responding immediately. I am a teacher and this payment was a whole paycheck for me that caused me to be without flowers for my wedding. I am distraught and have continued to try and make contact with her for a refund. She is a scam artist and has done this to multiple buyers through her Etsy shop. Please help me recover these funds. I am at a loss for what I can do

In cases like this, we try to contact the seller to assist the buyer—but if the seller is unresponsive and the payment was made over 180 days ago, recovery through PayPal may unfortunately no longer be possible.

However, this is not the financial address as the payment is taken by Western Bid so even if you use Paypal your money is gone as the manufacturer address is totally different.
