I am really happy wit my new smile the staff was great they made sure everything was perfect plus hotel very clean and great staff definitely would recommend 🫶

100% honest review, like anyone I was dubious of travelling to Turkey to have my crowns fitted. I put 6 months research into finding the best dentist for me, western health came out near the top and was around £1500 cheaper than other dentists offering the same work. Everything was organised and they stayed in touch after deposit paid and flights booked and I was sent an itinerary. I was picked up at airport and taken to a nice hotel which was in a great location and was very clean. Next day I was picked up on time and taken to dentist for consultation, the facility is very clean and modern and staff are very friendly. I paid in cash after we agreed the works I required, they even suggested taken out 4 old fillings and replacing with new ones and I had a post fitted which only cost an additional £120. After I paid I never saw any reps again until the last day as I was due a refund as had 23 crowns fitted instead of 24, never saw a rep unless money was involved, communication was poor, not knowing times of appointments until 2 hours before and I was the 1 doing all the chasing, transfer from hotel was always late and I ended up walking twice ( 25 minutes) to make appointment time, I also walked back several times as was hanging around dentist waiting. The dentist itself is very busy and I had 3 dentists for different procedures who all spoke good English and were very professional. I had very little pain and was treated well while work was being carried out. Overall my new smile is fantastic, I have had no issues so far ( hope it continues) and has made a difference to my life. I’m happier and have not smiled so much in years and can eat food I have had to avoid, I would definitely recommend western health and even though the customer service wasn’t what I was expecting I would do it all again as the end result was exactly what I was looking for.

Llayda was absolutely awesome in making the whole dental treatment experience as stress free as it could be. Doctor M Selim was fantastic as well , who carried out my dental crowns. I’d also like to thank all other members of staff who contributed to my treatment. I was a little apprehensive about going abroad for dental treatment but I was quickly put at ease with the high standards of professionalism.
I’m so ecstatic with my new teeth / smile that I can safely say it has changed my life for the better and have no reason not to smile rather than concealing my teeth for years!!
I highly recommend Pro Estetik in Izmir as the place to go to transform your life for the better!!!

Dealt with Tugce initially and on arrival in Izmir was met by Irem who looked after me whilst there. Dentists are on the ball and the level of service is great. Had implants put in and now have to wait 3 months to complete. First visit lives up to all their promises and cant wait to complete my treatment.

STILL IN PAIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RETURNING home 4 of the crowns unable to bite down on . I will give it another couple of weeks if no improvement I will probably return to a different clinic to correct,
I would love to recommend this clinic , but unfortunately I can not . Think specsavers v trusted optician . The clinic is a bit chaotic and you are treated as cattle really , communication if you don't speak Turkish is a problem , The patient reps Ilayda and Irem are very very nice and a credit to the organisation but unfortunately the dental procedures and clinic are less than expected. You really do get what you pay for . Western health are cheaper but be prepared for the pain and irritation with cancelled appointments and last minute fitting unfortunately. The accommodation and transport are all adequate for the price paid , but the dental treatment and patient care could really be improved and is not as expected, However on the plus side it is among the cheapest do if you don't mind a bit of sensitivity etc , its up to you , I would not recommend to any with sensitive teeth as mine are now continually sensitive and aching 👍

The fantastic welcome we had when we got to the airport and then they took us to the hotel cordan which was a 4star hotel they were very welcoming all the staff were very friendly 😀 and they helped us as much as possible the breakfast was nice. And then we got picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic where we met the staff who were very comforting they started our treatment and I did not feel any pain I had 6 teeth out bone structure root canal and a filing and 4 implants and I was fine after the treatment. My wife had her top and bottom teeth ground down and 24 crown's fitted she said there was no pain at all we were very well looked after by all the staff and drivers if your thinking about having any work done on your teeth I would say 100% please give one of the staff a call at Western health and they will help you in any questions or concerns you may have.thanks to all the staff ❤️ love you all Maria and mike from South Wales 😊

I started working on my teeth in April, so far I have done 7 implants, everything went perfectly, without pain!! people from this clinic are very friendly, they explain every detail. the organization of the transport was very good, the hotel where I stayed was very clean and beautiful!!

Unreal experience from the moment I got picked up from the airport til the very end, people that work there are the nicest people, especially Irem who was my coordinator she is very friendly and understanding always helped me out if I had a question, hotel was 10/10 clean and calm place to be at. Overall I had the best experience and extremely happy and grateful for my new beautiful smile.

Having bring home now 2 weeks all I can say fantastic service, from the minute I landed to going home every transfer on time very nice pleasant drivers, the day of my transplant I met nyssa she was amazing talked me through everythin, nothin was a problem to her with the non stop questions, just a lovely genuine person, she never left my side through out the whole procedure, cant wait to see how it grows now, cant wait to go back for my teeth now, loved the place

I have just come back from my first visit to Western health clinic. This was my first time abroad for seventeen years so I was quite apprehensive. I went for dental treatment and have to go back in a few months. Upon arrival we were met at the airport and taken to a lovely hotel called the kordon. Very nice hotel. Once settled in I was picked up and taken for xrays and examination at clinic. Then back to hotel and given next two days to explore city. On treatment day I was taken to clinic and had extractions and implants done. Absolutely no pain from start to finish. The dentist and staff are very good at their job and make you feel comfortable. from the start of booking and all through to my first visit the communication has been first class and you are made to feel very comfortable. My first point of communication was a wonderful lady called Tugce who is still in contact and helping with my next visit. This woman is fantastically helpful. The clinical staff are brilliant, they explain everything and put you at ease. Spotlessly clean inside. My patient coordinator ilayda is lovely lady and very helpful, polite and spoke perfect English. Unfortunately she couldn't make my second appointment but another member of staff called Irem came to take over. The Turkish people are very very polite and can't do enough for you. What an unbelievable experience from a man who is petrified of the dentist. I genuinely can't wait to go back and finish my treatment. Out of 5 stars I would give 6 stars, they are that good.
Look out for my next review in a few months. I would recommend western health to anyone and already have. You will not have a better experience in a dentist chair

Western Health Izmir

I chose Western Health as my Dentist I booked my flights only to find out they were in Izmir not Antalya so had to cancel and rebook. As it happened this turned out to be a very fortunate mistake Western health were absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, highly qualified and nothing was too much bother. The surgeon was very friendly and spoke good English.

Umay was brilliant she met us every morning with a cheerful greeting always on time and took us in a taxi to the clinic and stayed with me in the treatment room and returned us to the hotel or anywhere else we wanted to go. I think Umay was standing in for someone els as we have been assigned another coordinator for our next trip in June, if she is half as good as Umay she will be fantastic. corresponding was almost instantaneous almost like she was sat waiting for a text. Thank you Umay you were fantastic.

Just arrived home from my first visit to Turkey to have my teeth sorted , this time for implants. I chose these guys after some research and after messaging a few companies I felt most relaxed talking to these guys. I got a whatsapp message from Ezgi and from the start I felt happy talking to her , she was in touch most days and helped me thoroughly through the booking process , everything was made clear cost wise and she had to put up with all my million questions. From the moment I got off the plane she was in contact checking I had found the transfer and the next day she was there to pick me up. Ezgi was so good at her job , really chatty which made me feel at ease and was literally with me through the whole process . I am very nervous at the dentist and these guys really put up with me well , looking forward to my next visit 🫶

All staff and doctors are absolutely fantastic. They always make sure that you are feeling good, comfortable and checking you all the way through. The service itself was in good price and the highest standard. My teeth are lovely, comfortable and amazing. I can start smiling again. The clinic is spotless. Very high standard. The equipment is amazing. Very hygienic. Special thank you to Tudge and Ilayda, they was amazing from the first time I contact them ,explainig me all the procedure and look after me with both trips and supporting me during all process. Thank you
