I strongly regret choosing Wester Moving and Storage. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I hired them in December for my move. During the initial discussions, I was clearly told that the move was insured. That assurance is one of the main reasons I trusted them with my belongings. However, during the move, they damaged my furniture.
From that point on, it has been nothing but excuses and avoidance. I had multiple conversations with their contact person, who kept assuring me that the issue would be resolved. I followed up consistently for nearly two months. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept delaying and eventually stopped responding altogether.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Accidents can happen during a move, but completely ignoring a customer after promising insured service is dishonest and irresponsible.
I feel misled and let down. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid their services. Make sure you think twice before trusting them with your belongings, because once the payment is done, getting support or accountability appears to be a serious challenge.
Very disappointing experience.
