Forget fibre, go with Western Peak
After six months of problems with Openreach and BT, we decided to abandon fibre broadband and go with Western Peak instead. The service we received was exceptionally good, from the initial enquiry to the sign up and the installation. Everything went smoothly and we now have exactly the broadband we require at an extremely competitive fixed price.

First class customer service and brilliant internet quality
Since moving to Western Peak our internet quality has improved far beyond our expectation, and the latency issues were were experiencing have been eradicated. What is even more impressive about this company is the absolutely first class customer service that they have delivered. They are incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend them and their services.

Thanks to Western Peak...
Thanks to Western Peak we now experience internet speeds of up 130Mbps which is more than 15 times better than what we experienced with BT but just as importantly, the connection is stable and doesn't drop out like the wired connection did on a regular basis. We have 3 adults working from home at the same time on occasion and now we can work with confidence that files will upload and video calls can happen without interruption.
A revelation for us was that we can watch Netflix or BBC IPlayer without constant pauses for buffering. The picture quality is better too.
The installation required a little dish fitting on our chimney and cable running down to the router. The guys did this in less then 2 hours and the installation was very neat and tidy. Everything was tested and verified before the guys left.
It's nice to deal with a local company that gives fantastic level of service and they always respond straight away if I contact them. I was initially a bit dubious when I first heard about internet over the air like this but I am so glad that we decided to try it as it's been superb and I think good value when compared to old provider.

from enquiry to site test to installation in a week. Really quick and professional service. Guys spent time to ensure I was setup correctly and happy, no rushing to get this done, and have checked up (i am ok post implementation a couple of times).
