Westfield provide a wide range of screws to suit the details that required a small number very uncommon size screws.

I have been able to order 6 of each size screws rather than a box of 100 that I would not use again. It is the second time I have used them.

I placed a small order with a very helpful &pleasant member of staff which arrived the next day.Very straight forward and would definitely recommend Westfield fastners.

Will definitely buy from again because:
1. Extensive stock list.
2. Product exactly as described.
3. Almost instant confirmation in stock.
4. Delivered next day as requested.
I'm happy to pay a little more to get exactly what I ordered promptly.

I ordered 100 m5 X 250mm screws on a Tuesday hey were delivered on the Thursday's morning post. Excellent service at the right price. I had been trying to locate these size screws for the last week. I would definitely use Westfield Fasteners again

In other words….just great!

Excellent easy site to navigate and order, with every item I required including exact lengths, which is amazing, as normal with other suppliers you have to compromise.
The delivery was extremely rapid too, well packed in individual sealed bags and labeled accordingly, with an invoice and inventory of the full order.
Second to none products and service, I cannot fault my first experience in ordering and receiving exactly what I wanted.

Westfield Fasteners provided a Westfield Fasteners provided a very poor level of service on a recent order for almost £2,000. The whole process, from order confirmation through to customer support, felt misleading and unprofessional.

Despite advertising next‑day delivery on many products, I was informed after placing the order that delivery would take two weeks, which was not acceptable for my needs. When I called less than 48 hours later to cancel, I was told I would be charged a 25% handling fee, even though the operator confirmed the order had not yet been processed. The attitude on the call was rude, unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

I followed up by email to cancel the order, but my messages were ignored for three days and the goods were dispatched anyway, leaving me with little practical choice but to accept the delivery. On top of this, I have since confirmed that their pricing is significantly above the market average, and this is not the first time they have let me down.

In summary, my experience is that they are overpriced, unreliable, and do not treat customers fairly once they have secured payment. There are many alternative fastener suppliers offering substantially better prices, more reliable lead times and a far more professional attitude. on a recent order for almost £2,000. I've used Westfield fasteners a few times, usually for bolts and fixings for a boat, so in A4 stainless steel!! , they seem to have everything you could ever need in every size, fair pricing and good communication always.
Recommend.
