No choice of payment options
I've never used their worming service so can't comment on it.
We intended to sign up our horses for one of their subscription worming services, however, the only payment option is by 'recurring' debit card payment, which means they can charge your card whatever they like whenever they like. I'm sure that they are a perfectly reputable company, but we keep our cards locked for online payments (unlocking when needed) as a sensible security measure. Surely it can't be that difficult to accept payment by standing order?
Gone elsewhere for that reason only.

We are indeed a reputable company having been in business for 23 years.
You spoke to a member of the team about this on the phone yesterday who explained that Stripe is a secure payment system used by many subscription providers and it is currently the only payment method for our subscription service. We do not use card details for our subscribers for any other purchase unless requested by the customer.
We have many other products and payment methods available on our website such as debit/credit card or PayPal and looking to add to those options also.
I'm sorry that you are disappointed and felt the need to leave such as review when you have not even tried our award winning service.
