Our experience of this company had been good, the staff who visited the property were great, but the people who answered the telephone (two different women) when you ring are curt, abrupt and boarding on rude and the company subsequently refused to honour it's own warrantee on an installation. So be careful. A real shame. We have paid the invoice, but it leaves a bad taste, when you buy in good faith.

Prompt and great service after calling for a plumber to instal new taps in our kitchen and utility.

I've used West Heating for two jobs now. The first was a lot of replacement pipework around a boiler and under kitchen sink. The second was some maintenance to 8 radiators and installation of a wireless room thermostat. I would definitely recommend them. The work was done to a high quality.

We also had to make some decisions about how to handle various elements of the work and the plumber on site was easy to talk to and recommended sensible solutions. Very straight forward and easy to work with.

The price was reasonable and a date arranged.
Dawn confirmed the job a day before work commenced.
The Plumber Barry arrived and discussed the job.
There were complications which he handled perfectly. I have an engineering background and was very impressed by his work-method and the final result.

Same day visited by Andy who gave me a quote. Barry arrived the following day and Quietly and in a very professional way completed the task to a Very High Standard. Mo Mess No Fuss. Highly Recommended.

Got let down by another local tradesman and was recommended Andy - able to get guys out same day, new boiler part fixed the next morning - brilliant!
