Got sent wrong items. Was told to return but then couldn't without paying a large amount in shipping fees so I contacted PayPal. Despite PayPal trying to resolve it, west louis gave a return address in PORTUGAL under a different name perculiar vanity. After shipping to Portugal they refused to claim my return from customs and denied my refund. $300 including shipping in the bin for items I DIDNT ORDER and now no longer even have because they're in Portugal. They ignore all emails and website contacts DO NOT SHOP. This site should be taken down.

I love the sweater I purchased online from West Louis. It fits as expected. Very comfortable with a really nice lining. The outer part of the sweater is soft and has a luxury feel. Shipping was fast. Material quality. It’s a unique and beautiful sweater. I’ll not hesitate to shop West Louis again.

Is it a shop or a scam?
I ordered a purple cashmere sweater in size L. I received a cotton blend dirty pink Sweater that looked like size XXXL, it was huge. No reply to my emails other than to offer me $10 if I gave them a 5 star Trustpilot review. I would not buy from them again.
