Carl and the team at Westmancoat were friendly, responsive and clear in quoting for our job, taking time to set out the various options. The work was carried out promptly in an efficient, clean and tidy manner and although we had an issue with an incorrect part being dispatched which meant our job couldn't be finished on the same day as planned (it was just one of those things) the team were apologetic kept in good communication and sorted out the issue in good time. Very happy to recommend

Very impressed with everything
I recently dropped in to ask for a quotation to replace, upgrade and relocate a boiler from my kitchen to a different room in the house. I had someone attend the next day, explain what needed doing in an easy to understand way and where the costs would come from.
When it came to actually doing the work the two guys they sent were awesome. Polite, quiet, efficient, tidy.
Having worked with various 'Tradies' over the years, the boys who did the work for me were amongst the very best. So polite, so professional.
I'm not sure what I need doing next, but I will definitely be using these guys again, I was genuinely impressed.
And despite there being extra work that needed doing that wasn't apparent when the quote was made, there was no increase in cost, the boys just solved the issues and got the job done.

Small job, but great service, treated me with the same customer care as someone paying 4 figures.
Small job for them but treated me with the same respect and care as they would have a larger job. The engineer was knowledgeable and helpful, and easily dealt with our issue.
Booking and invoicing system were clear and well managed. Highly recommended

Were good but have gone downhill
I have been using this company for my plumbing and heating needs for nearly 15 years. There was a recent change in ownership and I believe a considerable change in the quality of their service.
I felt cheated and overcharged by them and will not be using them again.
