Products looked good but customer service is shocking. Definitely won’t order again in a hurry. Lots of other brands who offer the just as good quality and better customer service!!

I’d give this no stars in I could! Didn’t even last 12 hours. Bubbles and lifted off straight away. Did all steps as advised. What a waste of £78!!!! Don’t waste your money!!

Very disappointed with this nail company.

I ordered three shades for £78, and for that price I honestly expected something amazing. I’ve used professional brands before like OPI gel and other high-quality products, so I know what good gel should feel like.

Unfortunately, this product was thick, bubbly, uneven, and very difficult to work with, even when applied professionally. Honestly, you can get better quality for a fraction of the price on Amazon.

I contacted the company asking for a refund because I’m not happy with the quality, but instead of helping, they keep making excuses — saying I didn’t order their base and top coat, and ignoring my refund request.

So basically, £78 wasted, with no accountability from the company and no real customer support. Very disappointing experience, and I will definitely never order from them again.

Coming from a manicurist who has tried and tested endless amounts of gels, I can safely say the quality of this is unmatched, the consistency, the shine and the lasting power will forever be my favourite

I was very disappointed with the glass polish. As
it was developed by one of the uks top manicurist I was expecting this to be excellent, however it peels off the nails within hours of putting it on. I have given it the benefit of the doubt and tried this now several times always prepping the nails correctly and have tried it with different base and top coats but the outcome is always the same it just doesn’t last more than a few hours. This polish is just awful wish I could return it for money back but have had it too long now as wanted to try it a few times.would NOT recommend

I’ve been using the Vanilla Gloss gel collection for a few months now after trialling the range, and I can honestly say I love the products. The retention has been amazing on my clients. They’re getting a solid 3 weeks wear while keeping their nails looking fresh.
The shades are perfect for that clean girl aesthetic, soft and glossy. Application is smooth, the finish is beautiful, and overall the quality really stands out. Definitely a collection I’ll continue using in my kit. 🤍

So disappointing, starts to lift and peel off very quickly in spite of applying carefully and looks awful. Definitely not worth the extra cost compared with brands such as Essie. Won’t be buying again.

I can honestly say Westmoreland Cosmetics is one of the best gel brands I’ve ever tried. As a nail artist, it’s so important to work with a product that has the perfect viscosity, flawless self-levelling, and beautiful shade coverage — and this gel delivers on all of it.

You can genuinely tell it’s a system created by a nail artist, for nail artists. It makes application smooth, controlled, and consistent every single time. A staple in my kit now!

I am so sorry to say, this is a dreadful and very very poor product. It peels off within a day, the top coat literally never dries however lightly I put it on. It is sooooo ridiculously expensive for what it is. I felt so sorry at first for the delays in delivery because any start up must be tough. But this is a dreadful pointless product!

I honestly can't compliment the glass gel enough, the shades are all stunning and the product is such an easy application, going on seamlessly! I have tried the gel products on both myself and my clients with every set lasting 3 weeks plus.

I had absolutely no problem with delivery, it came super quick and I even ordered during the Black Friday Offer!!

I have been a professional nail tech for 14 years now and the top coat is unlike anything else I have used before, the shine is unreal!

Can't wait for more shades to be released!!

The vanilla gel polish collection is incredible and the colours are gorgeous and sheer. It’s so lovely to work with and the finished glass shine at the end is incredible. The nicest gels I’ve worked with. Brilliant products

Awful quality, wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!! It's super streaky! Beautiful packaging that's it.

Top coat stayed tacky for hours and left with no shine and not a great finish, which is not as described on the website " super glossy"
then several nails peeled off the next day

finally received a reply from customer service and was given a full refund - so thank you (its such a shame as the colours are beautiful)

What an appalling service I’ve had with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong item I ordered the polish instead of the gel. I emailed the company immediately to request that the correct item was sent out, unfortunately it wasn’t which I understand. I then asked how I can return so that I can swap the brand new UNOPENED polish for the gel and was told I can’t.

Honestly for a new company the customer service is beyond shocking. I’ve paid £20 for a nail varnish that is no use to me as I wear gel and I’d bought it as a little treat to myself.

The company are refusing my return so I have raised a charge back with my bank to get a refund as that is also refused.

Absolute scam company, anyone who runs a business in such a way is destined for failure, as the other reviews on here confirm.

I have used the nail glass polish on it's own and then with the base polish and it peeled off so quickly. I am now using base, polish and am including the top coat and am truly hoping that this works. I will update tomorrow.
