Ordered sneaker type shoes from them. They took weeks to arrive.
When they did the sizing was wrong by one or two sizes under what they should be. The quality was extremely poor. The soles look liked they'd last a few weeks, if that. Returns is a joke.
Let the buyer beware!

Don't buy from this company. When the send you the wrong item, and they will, you will need to pay $40 to return to China.
Please read their small print!

Extremely disappointing experience with [Weston London]. After receiving subpar products, I followed their return process and sent the items back to the address they provided. Advertised as Alvin green casual shirt cotton fabric, it arrived 100% polyester, different collar/ buttons. Total rubbish. Trying to get my money back as there returns policy, had so many e mails asking for everything but the colour of the delivery drivers eyes, delay tactic after every e mail.
In my opinion stay well away from this company, total scam site is my view.

DESPICABLE SCAMMERS!
Went to see my dad today (he’s 93) he asked me if he could put his two new “CASHMERE” jumpers in the washing machine.

I said they probably needed to be dry cleaned and I checked for a care label. There were NO LABELS whatsoever and the material was rough to the touch and very poor quality like something you’d get from the market for a tenner.

I googled the site and it looked very professional and the jumpers were advertised as 100% cashmere.

How on earth do they get away with this false advertising? My poor dad paid £80 for this absolute tat. I don’t have the heart to tell him as he thinks he’s done really well buying something online all on his own.

RESEARCH a company if you’ve never bought from them before. Paid £35 for what looked in an advert on FaceBook (beware!) like a washed denim-style olive green men’s casual shirt, advertised as: “high-quality material: comfortable and breathable cotton fabric”. What arrived was a 100% polyester mass-produced shirt, absolutely not as in the advertised photo. I would guess it probably cost £3 or less to make.
The name of the company and the photos on its website make it look like it is an actual store in London. It is not.
Read the Returns Policy & you will see that you must first request a return then the company will “assess your eligibility for return”. If approved, you will be sent instructions where to send the package (which is to a warehouse in China after you’ve paid the tracked returns shipping fee). You cannot return your item if it was “marked as final sale”, nor if “you are dissatisfied with the style, colour or fit.” Hmm, I guess good luck waiting for my money back. Just horrid.

Absolute Chinese rubbish and customer service is nil! I requested a refund on a shirt and was told they would offer a replacement and I could keep the shirt. Obstructed replacement by making things difficult and always reply in the middle of the night because they are no doubt in some far east sweat shop

Same shit company as Navy London ..its a scam..don,t buy anything from this so called company , or Aurora London, Urban -Couture ,Rivaro...all fake crap based in China SCAM SCAM no returns or money back.. DO NOT BUY ..DO NOT BUY !

If 0 stars was possible I would give it, avoid at all costs! The shirt I received was of poor quality and the arms were so short they were half way up my forearms. They say you are responsible for return shipping which isn’t uncommon, but they expect you to return the item to China. Posing as a London company and offering no valid returns process this company is a scam. Hopefully getting my money back from American Express.

Received the shirt I ordered from them today after many weeks wait ….what a piece of absolute rubbish and nothing like what I was expecting - avoid these people like the plague

Same as all the other reviews here - wish i had checked Trustpilot before purchasing what looked like a high quality item. It took weeks tto arrive and I asked for a refund multiple times, but i get a standard bot response offering a 20% discount code for my next purchase! - but i will never be purshcasing from Weston London again!!

Total scam company!bought jacket for £60 . Totally wrong jacket, told they would refund £12 only and keep tge jacket. Refused and it cost me £35 to send it back , did it out of principle and being angry. Now no more correspondence even though I contacted them and provided tracking details.
Please don't use this company. Thriving scumbags

Is there an option to give zero stars? Zero all day long. Quality is absolute crap, worst I’ve ever seen. I’d be ashamed to even give this to a charity shop.

I was fortunate enough to realise they were scammers as I came across another company called Walker apparel London who have nothing to do with London but infact are based in China
I’d suggest buyers to be extremely wary of buying goods off facebook!!!
Now I checked trust pilot before I part with any money

Just realised I’ve probably been scammed. Sucked in by some clever video marketing on Facebook. They make it look like a UK business with a London store. Based on China. Not expecting to see my goods any time soon, if at all (been at the shipping location in China for 2 days) Based on other comments here, I’ve got little/no chance of getting my money back!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm not sure but,I think they used to be Muse London. The site is a complete scam. I fell for it like many others . I haven't had a refund of any kind . Plenty of sorry e mails but no refund. Quality of the shirts are not what is stated. They are more nylon based chap. So you've been warned ⚠️

This is a SCAM and if I could give no stars I would.
Chinese company with fake website using a company GREENHOUSE GLOBAL LIMITED to take your payment.
All clothes shipped from China and if you want refund have to be returned to China.
Quality is below "Primark" standard so please do not waste your money.
Trading standards are aware and PayPal to stop payments being made to these scalpers.

I asked for a returns label as trousers are too small and this is what I got as a reply.
