DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR

This company sells counterfeit Nike Jumpman items. When contacted they refused to refund my purchase unless I returned item. Return shipping costs more than the items. They acknowledge this is true and offered a 15% refund and I could keep the counterfeit product.

I ordered dragon majesty Pokémon card box which was a large, but when I opened it up, it felt like the back of it was very plasticky. I think it might've been fake. The Pokémon cards were very plastic on the back. And it was way too dark of a picture. Also, the back where the polka ball is the borders of it are way too bright. I compared it to my real Pokémon cards. They were fake and I gave this to my son. he was very disappointed.

You advertise the entire set but only got one..and it is hard to know what you are ordering

Be more communicative and not take so long to ship product

I really didn’t think I would receive the order but I did in relatively good time. The only negative is you only give people six hours from time of purchase to cancel. I think it should be at least one day for cancellations. Also your site should be a little more specific to let purchasers know you are international. I probably will not use your site again but I was a little surprised in the timely manner the product was received.

Very nice product, a bit slow on shipping. Price was good.

It took a long time for the order to come. It came after Christmas. But other then that the product itself was great. My boyfriend loved his gift....

The ad was very misleading, product in the WeStore.com ad was not what I received.
The packaging was not great, my product had some damage. I’ve never had Hot Wheels delivered in what looked like a black garbage bag with packaging tape.
WeStore.com needs to update the ad photo, and be clear on what you could get and how it’s shipped.

I ordered it delivery was slow they did get in contact with me quickly though when I had questions I ordered a bathrobe and it was very thin the picture was not at all what was to be described I'm really upset I spent $56 on this item when I found it cheaper at Walmart and could have gotten to Me 3 days faster and thicker material this was labeled as a bathrobe the materials more like cosplay costume material

They responded to my questions of delivery and how to very promptly, the gift is a Christmas gift, so I will see how it is received! I purchased a little girl watch-:)

Did not have to wait forever to receive package, and totally satisfied with the merchandise...

What was great was when I received my package and the product was intact. Everything was just as I ordered love the shoes awesome. The time was long time coming but we’ll worth the wait. Thank you and look forward to shopping with you again.

Wish I would have read these before I ordered what was supposed to be a box of Hot Wheel cars which was what was shown in the picture ordered two of them $45 for my shop that opens in a week and a half and got two individual Hot Wheels cars also they were all bent up now I have to find another place for cheap Hot Wheels definitely a scam

To be honest if I could give a zero I would I I wish I could add a picture the hat I ordered came squished and I could not get it back to shape I messaged them and they said too bad heat it up and fix it. I bought a new item and got a piece of sh** product not even nice cheapest material hat you can buy its super small and printing sucks I will never ever order from this store again period .

The quality of the printing could be better, and the shirt’s neck is really wide for me, even when I paid the tracking I never had any mail or anything that could give me an idea of where my package was, practically I gifted the tracking money. The experience should be a lot better, but at least I got my shirt and I’ll just use it for being home.

I bought two waterproof floating pool pillows. The size was off and the material was not what was described on the site. I tried to return them and discovered that the return address (in China) as not what was posted on their site--and even though I didn't get what I purchased, the burden of shipping cost was on me. They are also a Chinese company posing as a company from The Netherlands. This is a dishonest company with poor quality and customer service.

It's my fourth purchase. Always an easy purchase, exactly as described, reasonable shipping time, very good quality. Will purchase from the site again.
