Repeatedly faulty products

We had a positive experience with Westpack for several years and appreciated the consistency of their service. However, we were deeply disappointed when a recent reorder — identical to previous orders — arrived with a fault. Despite bringing this to their attention, the replacement items were also defective and unusable. To make matters worse, we were subsequently issued an invoice for the faulty replacements. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer since 2022, and we are extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.

I am working with you to solve the issue with the wrong logo sizes on your latest orders and aim to send the replacement boxes today by express.

As I have also communicated to you by email, it is not posssible to send items from Europe to the UK without a proper invoice.

Once we collect all the faulty boxes, you will receive a credit for them to balance your account, so you do not have to pay the replacement invoices.

I hope this will restore your faith in Westpack as a trustworthy supplier.

Tiny Celtic knot logo in foil, perfect every single time.

My company logo is a small intricate Celtic knot, I opted for silver foil on black boxes. I wasn't expecting the result to look great due to the detail. But they came back absolutely perfect. Every single detail was captured, and no excess foil was anywhere. Every box was 100% perfect. I have since bought many boxes, rings, bangles, and earrings. All with the same Celtic logo, and I have never had one single thing that wasn't perfect. Still the best prices around. totally unsurpassed quality.

My go to supplier for packaging

So helpful from the start, my go-to supplier for packaging now! Beautiful, luxury gold pouches with our logo on. Jette sent me a digital proof copy of the print stamp before they proceeded and updates at every stage. Shipping was faster than expected and I can't fault the quality of the pouches or printing. Highly recommend!

I recommend working with Westpack

Good explanations on the website. The graphics are reviewed in advance. You receive a finished design, which you have to verify. Production and shipping times are acceptable. No problems. The quality is good. I recommend working with Westpack.

Hello,
thank you for taking your time to make a review here on Trustpilot. This is a good opportunity for us to check our procedures and change them, if something is not working for our customers.

I have checked your order and I see what you mean about the logo size and that you want it to be small and elegant.

Our procedure is always to check if a logo in printable or has too many details, small text etc. My colleague had the best intentions when she changed the logo from 38 to 55mm to ensure a good printing result.

We have a large percentage of customers who ask for a specific logo size and when they check the proof, they want to make changes. So it's always important to open the BAT and check if everything is okay.

I agree with you, that she should have informed you about this change in size in the email, so you would open the logo proof file to check if you liked it or not.

My colleague added the smiley faces to show that she is friendly and letting you know that we printed the boxes in accordance with your approval of the logo size. She did not mean to be disrespectful or passive-aggressive at all and asked me to say sorry to you for that.

I will email you directly, so we can find a solution to this issue.

I love Westpack :)

I love Westpack :). I've always had a great experience with them. I started ordering about 5 years ago, only small orders, 1 or 2 times a year (I'm a very small business), and they suit my needs perfectly. I love their boxes, their prices and shipping has always been reliable and pretty fast considering it's coming all the way from Denmark to the Unites States.
