Beware!!!
Beware !!!! Westpest came knocking on my door last week and told the person that answered the door - who was not the owner of the house that they were there to do the annual white ant check. Thinking that he was doing the right thing he let the person in who did a quick 30mins check of the house, announced there were no white ants (which incidentally I already knew as I had already had a professional check a few months before) then he produced a bill for $220.00.
I think this is very misleading conduct. When I contacted Westpest they simply said that they asked if we wanted a white ant check but this was not the case as the person said they were here to do the annual white ant check so if you answer the door and don't know any different you would think that it was OK but they don't tell you it will be $220 until they have finished.
So BEWARE!!!
