I found Westshade online and I have been in the market for a custom canopy for 2 weeks. I have received quotes from several of their competitors. I had no experience or recommendations to go by so this was all done by researching online. I saw the prices on their advertising and reached out for a quote. I got a response within 20 minutes via email. I was emailing back and forth for the next hour or so. I asked about availability and flexibility in my design need. I also specified I needed the canopy quickly for an event I was going to be attending for my business that I found out about at the last minute. With in an hour I had a proof to approve that met all my specific design requests. Westshade also told me that they would expedite my order so that I would be able to make my event. The prices I was quote was a fraction of all the others. The items included in the price were not included with any other competitor quote. So far I highly recommend Westshade and I am very thankful I found them in time. I wanted to leave a review for anyone that has no experience looking for a custom canopy with hopes this will save you some time. Thank you Westshade !!

Very fast responses and great customer service!

This was one of the easiest custom print orders I've ever done. The response to my questions was quick and efficient. The mock-ups were clear and information easy to edit. I will definitely use Westshade again!

I have to say as a business owner I am constantly dealing with other companies for print, artwork, design etc. Westshade showed me nothing but patients throughout the entire process. The hardest part about this process was deciding which design and color scheme Westshade made for me per all my requests. On both occasions, the design team provided valuable insight and thoughtful recommendations that resulted in a clean, polished, and professional final design for our project.

From the initial contract for information, to design, to placing my order the for the 10x20 Full Roof Printing + Back wall and 2 half wall this company has been great! We have received several emails giving us information to requesting approvals for the design, mockup, and layout Part of our order has already shipped already. We cant wait to receive the final product and use it at our Expo next month.
