Despite me contacting you to ask for help because I found it difficult to find the right part, I was then told to order a replacement belt which was, when it arrived, the wrong part. I found the website not very helpful.

I am satisfied with the parts purchased. The website and ordering procedure are clear and intuitive, and delivery is fast and careful.
There was an error in the parts delivered, which the company quickly corrected.
The parts are a bit expensive and communication is not the best, which is why I'm only giving four stars.
