The contract ended on 2nd October but switch didn’t happen untill 16th October
The contract ended on 2nd October, but the switch didn’t happen till 16th October. Haven’t had such experience twice before when used this service. So I am left with a question about if I want to use this service going further. Do we need to face such inconvenience even after being charged. After all this is not a free service! so the quality of service provided should be efficient.

Unfortunately, processing times vary from supplier to supplier and this is outside of our control.
Processing delays can happen with any supplier - all we can do is do our job efficiently and keep the pressure on them.
In your case, the switch completed within 14 days which is industry standard (although is normally completed quicker than this).
We hope that next year that your switch will get processed more efficiently by the supplier.
