Awful customer service by third-party for Wet Noses
We’ve fed our dogs Wet Noses treats for more than ten years. We typically purchase those treats directly from Wet Noses, paying Wet Noses the same price that we’d pay a retailer, but allowing Wet Noses the opportunity to collect a retail price/purchase, rather than putting the money in someone else’s pocket.
Unfortunately, Wet Noses outsourced their Customer Service (really, DIS-service) functions, to a third-party, about two years ago, and it’s been a disaster, ever since. The third-party does not answer the phone, they are not knowledgable, and they are slow to respond to email.
What a way to ruin a business, that has historically created a good product, and what an interesting lesson to learn, when you take your eye off the ball, and outsource functions that are best performed, in-house, over third-party’s.
Wet Noses, clearly did not learn an important lesson, after their abysmal change in leadership, a few years ago.
We are now looking for new treats for our pack of dogs.
