Great service. Thimo and Nick have been very helpful and responsive to any request I have. Always helpful with last minute questions. Their office is in Amsterdam Oost and have been welcoming every time I stop by. Nice office for in-person and quick response time online. Would recommend.

I strongly advise against working with Wetaxus. They failed to file my preliminary tax return, despite clear agreements and reminders. They also ignored multiple WhatsApp messages and didn’t respond at all to questions or concerns. Without asking or verifying anything, they simply took over the director’s position from the previous bookkeeper of another company without checking details or communicating properly.

On top of that, they incorrectly booked invoices from 2024 into 2025, showing a lack of attention to basic accounting. The tone of their communication is rude and unhelpful, and their emails are incomplete and often show they haven’t even properly read or understood your feedback.

To make matters worse, they filed my taxes late, which now puts me at risk of receiving a payment reminder from the Dutch Tax Authority.

Also a lack of making your customer understand the books.
Also they heavily overcharged for hidden fees and the guy from the ads was never available. Try to scale up your back end before you scale up your front end.

Very unprofessional and careless service not recommended.
