Wetracked.io has been extremely disappointing. After signing up for their free trial, I canceled but decided to rejoin just one day later. They promptly sent me an email offering a discount, clearly instructing me to click "Yes, resume now" to reactivate my account. I followed these instructions exactly, thinking everything was in order.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. Less than 24 hours later, I discovered my store had been archived without any notification or clear indication that further action was required from my side.

The customer support experience was even worse. Instead of acknowledging their confusing instructions or offering an apology, they placed the blame squarely on me. Their exact words were, "Exactly, it's just that it's not automatically that stores are turned on unless you request it," and "All set in terms of the account." This dismissive attitude added further frustration.

This issue severely disrupted our marketing momentum on Meta, causing a significant loss in sales, data, and revenue.

If you value your business's sales performance and expect clear communication and supportive customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Wetracked.io.
